2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please use your 4 designated parking space at your residence. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. Pet Friendly (2 Pets Maximum)
NOTE: There is a pet fee of $75 per pet plus a $50 pet cleaning fee. Any non-disclosed pets will result in a charge of $400.
