1 bedroom with a King bed and private balcony

2 bedrooms with Queen beds

1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds

1 bedroom with a bunk bed with double mattresses
Each room includes convenient storage and blackout curtains for peaceful nights.

An open-concept kitchen, fully equipped so you can cook just like at home: dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and more.
Some essentials are provided: oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee.
Cozy dining nook with a small table (2 chairs + bench) and a large dining table for 8.
A high chair and a Pack & Play are available for little ones.

A spacious living room with a large sectional sofa, crackling wood-burning fireplace, and smart TV for family movie nights.
Direct access to the terrace via sliding door to enjoy BBQs or relaxing on the outdoor sofas.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces in complete privacy, with the exception of a locked storage area.

You will share the large beach and lake access with other chalet owners.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT:
Minimum booking age: 25.
Street parking is strictly prohibited. A fine of $1500 may be issued by patrol officers. Please respect this rule to avoid any issues.

All guests must complete a pre-registration form via an EnsoConnect link to our online guest guide, sent upon booking confirmation.

Accidents can happen, so we offer two options to protect both your stay and the property:

Damage Waiver
For a small one-time fee, it covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear up to $85.

Protects you from unexpected repair or replacement costs

Helps keep the property in excellent condition for you and future guests

Non-refundable – please report any damage before checkout

Security Deposit
You may choose a refundable $800 deposit.

If no damage is found, the hold will be released after your departure.

Processing may take up to 14 days depending on your bank

Parties are strictly prohibited – Quiet enjoyment of neighbors is paramount.

In winter (November to April), a 4x4 vehicle is recommended due to steep roads leading to the chalet.

The ground may be muddy after heavy rain as the chalet is new.

Access & Parking
The chalet is accessed via an outdoor staircase with 43 steps from the parking lot.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Wi-Fi
Fast 125 Mbps internet lets you work remotely without issues.

TV
3 smart TVs available.
No cable channels, but you can log in to your Netflix, Prime, Disney+ accounts directly.

Fireplace & Firewood
An indoor and an outdoor fireplace are available for your use.
Don’t forget to bring your firewood and fire starters to fully enjoy cozy evenings by the fireplace.

Pets

Allowed (max 2 per rental)
