Share time away with friends and family! Our large open-floorplan home is great for gathering, cooking and relaxing!
Our home is really perfect for 2 families or a girls/guys weekend. Six beds offer comfortable sleeping with no sofa beds. Texas Avenue provides you the quiet vacation you are looking for, and the only traffic is usually dog walkers, and sun seekers.
Everyone loves our craft/coloring table made just for them and the built in beds upstairs!
Use your streaming logins to access your favorite tv shows in the living room, primary bedroom and primary bathroom.

No high school/college beach week.
No parties.
The space
Primary Bedroom: King Bed (coming 7/1/25!)
Back Bedroom: 2 Double Beds, bathroom next door
Loft: 3 Double Beds, bathroom
Four beach chairs, toys, tent and BeachBub umbrella are available for guests to use!
Guest access
You will access 90% of the home. The only thing off limits is the locked owners closet under the stairs.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE:
The ice maker in the freezer does not work. The freezer will be stocked with a bag of ice upon arrival.
Quirks:
The two fiberglass tub/showers have staining near the drains. The floor of the showers dip in those spots, resulting in standing water, which stains the fiberglass. They are not dirty.
The lighting over the master tub looks normal, but in many cases in can make the tub water appear with a green tint. I promise the water is not green!

Hi! We are Jessica and Jeremy Horton. We built this home in 2012/2013 and have loved making memories there. We enjoy walking the greenway, laying on the sand, catching sunsets at Ft. Fisher, driving the 4x4 beach and dining at the local restaurants! Our daughter loves visiting the aquarium, so we are season pass holders there.

Our property was custom built and has some unique features. The upstairs built in beds are everyone's favorite! I love the living space and how it allows everyone to hang out together.
