As you arrive, you'll notice the peaceful residential neighborhood that surrounds the property. Tucked away on a quiet street, the home is close enough to all the action—local restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and more—yet far enough to offer a sense of privacy and calm.

Comfortable and Flexible Sleeping Arrangements.

Inside, the home offers three well-appointed bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to ensure restful sleep for every guest. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, complete with quality mattresses, soft linens, and fluffy pillows. Whether you’re curling up with a book or stretching out after a long day, these beds provide the perfect place to relax.

The third bedroom includes a comfortable full-size bed, ideal for a single guest, child, or couple who prefers a slightly cozier sleeping space.

In addition to the main bedrooms, we’ve also transformed the basement into a fun and functional Game Room that doubles as a second sleeping area. Here, you'll find two pull-out couches that easily convert into sofa beds, offering extra space for guests. These versatile sleeping options make our home suitable for groups of up to 8 or even 10 guests, depending on your sleeping arrangements and comfort preferences.

Entertainment & Game Room Fun

One of the standout features of our home is the Game Room, located in the finished basement. This space is a guest favorite, offering a fun and relaxed vibe that’s perfect for winding down or spending quality time with friends and family. The room features two large, comfy sofas (which also convert into beds), making it an ideal place to watch a movie, take a nap, or kick back with a drink.

But what truly sets the Game Room apart is the arcade-style entertainment. We've equipped the room with a stand-up Arcade system featuring over 3,000 classic games, so there's truly something for everyone—whether you're into retro favorites like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, or Street Fighter, or just looking to introduce the kids to the fun of old-school gaming. It’s like having your own personal game lounge—no quarters required!

Fully Equipped for a Comfortable Stay:

We’ve worked hard to ensure that this home offers everything you might need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The house includes central air conditioning and hear, so you can stay cozy during Ohio’s chilly winters and cool during the warmer months.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it easy to stay connected whether you're streaming your favorite shows or catching up on work.

For those planning a longer stay or traveling with kids, we’ve made sure to include a washer and dryer, conveniently located on-site. Laundry soap and dryer sheets are provided, so you won’t have to pack as much or make any extra trips to the laundromat.

Two Full Bathrooms with Guest Essentials:

With two full bathrooms, our home offers plenty of space and privacy, especially helpful when traveling with a group. Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Kitchen & Dining:

The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for anything—from brewing your morning coffee to preparing a full home-cooked meal. It includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, along with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.

Whether you prefer eating out at one of Boardman’s many great restaurants or cooking in, you'll have the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a welcoming dining area with seating for six. It’s a great place to gather for meals, play games, or simply share stories from your day. The open layout between the kitchen and dining area also makes it easy to keep conversations flowing and everyone connected.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a strict NO-PET policy.

NO PETS or EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS:

We have a strict no-pet policy, INCLUDING Emotional Support Animals.
Only trained service animals are permitted, in accordance with Vrbo and ADA guidelines.

Service animals must remain under the handler’s control at all times and may not be left alone on the property.

If pets are brought without prior notification/ approval, a violation fee will apply and the stay will be subject to cancellation.

Early check-in or late check-out requests are welcome — we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Please note that early check-in and check-out is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee of $10 per hour.

** GUEST OCCUPANT POLICY

Our nightly rate covers up to 6 guests.
We can accommodate up to 10 total guests (with approval).

There’s a $10 charge per person, per night after 6 guests — even if the extra guest(s) stay for only one night. The total number of guests should be accurately reflected in your booking, including all adults and children.

We do enforce this policy and have outdoor security cameras at entry points for safety and accuracy. If we observe that the number of occupants exceeds what was booked, additional guest fees will be applied, and in serious cases, the reservation will be subject to cancellation under Vrbo’s unauthorized guest policy.

Please do not overload and clean the lint trap after each use.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.
