Step into the expansive living area of this charming back house, bathed in natural light from large windows that offer stunning ocean views. Situated right on the sand in an upscale neighborhood, this home boasts high ceilings and an elegant chandelier that add a touch of luxury. Cozy seating arrangements invite you to relax and unwind. Whether you watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a quiet evening by the fireplace, this living space is designed for ultimate comfort.

The space
This this is a back house of ocean front duplex in Naples island neighborhood. The house has three levels. First floor is the garage. Second floor is two bedrooms and third floor is living room and kitchen.

LIVING ROOM
Open-concept living room and kitchen with two patios offering breathtaking ocean views. Features include a 65'' Samsung TV, sophisticated high-end design, and top-of-the-line appliances.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Both Bedrooms are downstairs)

- Bedroom No#1: 1 queen bed with a small work desk

- Bedroom No#2: 1 queen bed sleeping 2 and one bunk bed with a pull out sleeping 3 more.

PATIO: Has seating area with BBQ grill.

PARKING: Garage parking on the right side of the garage only.

PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

LAUNDRY: In unit and also inside the garage

This is a wonderful location for a relaxing vacation to California. This is your chance to enjoy oceanfront living.

Guest has access to the whole houses except linen closets

Other things to note
No party of any kind. We have party detector and will come and shut down party. We will cancel your reservations without any refund and will call the police to escort you out of the property.

We not be refilling propane so please refill if you plan to use the grill.

Parking is only on the right side of the garage.

Worst place/host ever. I booked a beachfront house which the host canceled and switched me to another house. This house was on the main road with no beach view. I did not get a refund or adjustment for this. Then the owners walked into the house while my wife was in the shower. They were banging on the bathroom door and screaming at her asking who she was. She was traumatized thinking it was a break in.I reached out to the host and they tried to cover up and lied about those people being the cleaners when they clearly knew it was the owners. They later confessed. This was a serious violation of Vrbo's host policy and California's Civil Code and privacy laws.Once again the host offered no refund nor concessions for this incident. I will be filing a lawsuit with my attorney for how the host handled this situation. Stay far away from this place and people!! The house also had no heat and an ant infestation. The washer and dryer also required coins to operate which is very strange for a house at that price.

This home was as described. It was very relaxing the only downfall was the WiFi. It was difficult to work but if your disconnected from your phone and computer it was perfect. I had a balance of both. I would highly recommend and I will be back.

The property was excellent. The location was excellent as well. However I'm only giving 2 stars because I reported to the host that there was previous damage to a bunk bed and now we're being charged for damage that we did not cause. I've requested a refund for the repair charge but have not received it.

We did a quick weekend stay-cation and rented this wonderful beach house. We traveled with our adult children and our dog, and everyone had a great time. The house is clean and very comfortable. The owner communicated and answered questions quickly. The check-in instructions were clear. The beach is very close and the views from the house are great. There is a small balcony off the living area, and we all wanted to sit out there, take in the views, and listen to the crashing waves.Being in the area so close to the beach, we enjoyed the views, walking on the strand (walkway next to the sand), we had our beach towels and laid them on the sand by the water relaxing, and we found places on Yelp that were close by when we wanted to get meals. We visited August 2025, there was a sand berm on the beach you had to walk over to get to the water. This was not difficult. There was an approximate 6-8 foot area of sand to use between the berm & the water line. It was windy and the water was choppy. We also walked in the opposite direction, maybe a 5-minute walk to the bay side. It was more crowded but less windy, and the water was calm. The bay side also had a walkway next to the sand. We found two grassy spots for our dog on 56th Place and Dana Place next to the walkway on the bay side. We brought supplies to pick up after the dog. All the people in the area were very friendly.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this location again.
