My husband and I were pleasantly surprised as the first people to rent the property. We were skeptical at first, but so pleased with the outcome after taking a chance! This home is beautiful! It is located in a gated community of Bobcat Trail. So it is safe and the neighbors are friendly! I will admit there were a few glitches as the first renters, but the owner was quick to fix any issue immediately to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. As very seasoned travelers and VRBO users, we know what to look for when renting a long term (month or more) rental. The owner was so responsive, and has multiple resources local to the home to make it your perfect vacation home away from home. We only had 1 person in our party to use the pool briefly. February was just a little too cold for the rest of us! But it is a beautiful pool and patio area. The kitchen is lovely and set up very well for use. There is a dry bar in the dining area. The living room is very comfortable with a leather sofa and love seat combo. The master area is a dream! It has a very large master bedroom, walk in closet, another double mirrored door closet and a very large double sink, walk in shower and jacuzzi tub bathroom. The spare bedroom and bath are very comfortable. I will warn potential renters that the 3rd bedroom is smaller with a decent closet. It is appointed with a small sofa/futon about double bed size. Still a nice room. We would not hesitate to stay her again.
