Excellent place for our large family to stay

The cabin is beautiful and the property itā€™s on is even more so. Itā€™s in a great location, conveniently near town but still feels very private and secluded. Our kids loved the game room in the lower level in the evening and I loved relaxing on the beautiful second story deck! Checking in and getting access to the house was very simple and we loved everything about our stay at Twin Creeks.

Great Cabin in the woods !!!!

The house was perfect for our group of Family and Friends !!! The pool table, foosball table and hot tub were used often during our two night stay. The couches and big table was the perfect place to play games and just "hang-out". We had a very small issue with the internet, I did text with weekend help and they walked me through it in a couple of minutes. Also loved that it was dog friendly. I would absolutely rent this Cabin again !!!!!

Great cabin for a large family

Booked this trip to celebrate a graduation from Ohio university. Very great location to local attractions, stores, and the university too. Our large family was easily accommodated in this cabin. The extra sleeping loft was awesome too. Being able to bring along our 2 family dog was an added bonus. I was impressed with the amount of cooking equipment provided, that was something that has been lacking in other places Iā€™ve stayed in the area. And the wood burning fireplace was extremely cozy also. Definitely would recommend this cabin to others. We were all extremely pleased with our stay!

Hocking Hills Family Cabin

Lots of room for our family of 11. Very nice and very clean house with a king-sized bed on each floor. Loved the deck, the grill, the fire pit. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

It was just ok.

When we arrived we immediately had some safety concerns. There were several railings in the stairs and upper railing that were loose. Insulation had been falling from the ceiling and had collected in a pile on the floor. It continued to fall during our stay. There is a very soft floor board on the deck with a crack in it that seemed ready to give way with enough weight on it. Batteries were missing from remotes. There are holes in the screens of the windows. Our bed didnā€™t have a fitted sheet, just 2 flat sheets. Which made sleeping annoying because we always ended up sleeping on the mattress protector. And our pillows constantly falling off because of the large gap of the head board. The main entrance is the bottom/basement level so I would not recommend this property to anyone that has physical impairments or difficulties with steps. There is well water so it does have a smell, and it was very strong at first. The outside lights on the covered deck were out as well, which made it difficult at night to see playing cards. One of the patio tables is missing a support leg. The hot tub had some clumps of hair and the water was murky. We did not contact the company about the hot tub during our stay but after because we did not want to go through the hassle of having it emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated while we were there because of lack of time. The dust pan has a piece broken off. When I did contact the rental company about the lights outside, the insulation, the loose railings, the remote batteries, the table on the deck and the deck floor board. She asked if I wanted maintenance to stop by and I said yes. He came and asked about the batteries and loose railings. I showed him and then he took pictures of the deck floor board. He left without warning and before I could show him anything else that was mentioned in the email. He didnā€™t seem to have a very good sense of what needed attention. He fixed nothing else. The skillets were awful and towels and sheets provided are just bare minimum quality. The privacy of the house was nice as well as the fire pit. The creek was fun for the kids to play in. There was plenty of parking and seating areas inside the house. The large covered deck was really nice and accommodated our group well. Overall conclusion is that this house could be really great but was just ok. It needs some repairs, updates, cleaning and TLC. We wouldnā€™t recommend this house or come back for the money we spent.

Great Family House

Had a family gathering of 10 at this property. House is very convenient to shopping in town and not too from the different areas of Hocking Hills State Park. Beautiful porch and nice fire pit area. Kitchen had plenty of cook wear, bowls, pots and pans, etc. There were no spices other than salt and pepper and make sure you bring your own staples such as aluminum foil, saranwrap,etc, as there was nothing like this in the kitchen. All in all, a great stay!

Great space for a fun weekend

This cabin was huge! Lots of beds and bedrooms for our guests throughout the three floors and the deck is a great space for games, hanging out, and grilling! It was incredibly clean when we arrived and we had no issues with any of the appliances.

Mostly Good

The cabin was in a great location, though the driveway could use a marker or something to make it more visible. The fridge took roughly half a day to get cold which I didnā€™t appreciate considering the groceries we brought were perishable. The hot tub had some kinks with the pumps but overall we all slept great, plenty of space, walking the back woods was nice. Did not appreciate the wood I purchased being left outside in the rain. Overall this was good.

Not worth the price

All the beds were uncomfortable except the single beds in the loft, they were like foam beds. The 2nd floor bathroom leaked into the bedroom downstairs. This must happen often because they have warning signs in the bathrooms. The fuzz ball table was broke and could not be used. The pool table had a broken pocket and the balls would fall out onto the floor. A couch in the living room was broke and the center was touching the floor. The kitchen sink faucet was leaking and could be updated. Some of the hot tub lights and jets were not working and there was orange stuff along there edges. The outside deck was nice to sit on and there was a nice indoor fireplace and outdoor fire ring area. Our family does get together yearly and we have stayed in much nicer cabins for this rate. Needless to say this was not one of our top tens.

Beautiful Property!

Gorgeous cabin, spacious, clean, and perfect location to get away with family and from the world for a weekend! Did some hiking, sā€™mores around the fire, and cooked fantastic meals. Location was close to Old Manā€™s Cave while being remote enough that we didnā€™t see any neighbors. We will definitely be back!
