As you step inside, you’ll immediately feel relaxed and at ease. The picture-perfect interior invites you to sink into the couch in the living room and put your feet up—it's time to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, small appliances, and a breakfast bar.

The Space
BearScape offers a wealth of amenities and accommodations, both indoors and outdoors. Here’s what you can expect:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
• Two king bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and deck access.
• A bunk room downstairs perfect for the kids, featuring a twin over queen bunk.
• A loft with a twin bed and trundle.

Open Living Space:
• The living room features a custom wood fabric sofa, lounging chair, accent chair, stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, 55” Smart TV, ottoman, side tables, lamps, and a rug.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, granite countertops, a breakfast bar that seats two, and all necessary kitchen utensils.

• The dining room has a table that seats eight, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

Game Room:
• Enjoy the pool table, ping pong table, arcade, cornhole boards, huge Connect 4, 40” Smart TV, leather sofa, coffee table, side tables, lamps, rug, wet bar, custom cabinets, and mini fridge.

Outdoor Oasis:
• The covered front porch and main level covered deck feature a gas grill, patio table that seats six, rug, wicker sofa, coffee table, stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, 60” Smart TV, wicker sofa, two wicker chairs with ottoman, rug, and ceiling fans.
• The upstairs covered deck includes a swinging bed
• The lower patio boasts a hot tub that seats 4.
