House Rules for Your Stay:

To ensure a comfortable and well-maintained space for all our guests, please observe the following rules:

1. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine will apply for violations.

2. No Parties: Unauthorized gatherings or parties with unregistered guests will result in a $2,000 fine.

3. Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome, but please clean up after them. - A fee of $30 per unattended pet waste in the yard will be charged.
- Pets are not allowed on any furniture.

4. No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes when inside the property to help maintain cleanliness.

5. Drain Use: Avoid pouring grease or oil down the drain to prevent plumbing issues.

6. Quiet Gatherings: You may host up to 6 registered guests for small, quiet gatherings.

7. Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

8. Damages and Maintenance: Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly so we can address them quickly.
