This vacation rental home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, providing ample space for you and your family! Enjoy the convenience of a private pool with picturesque views of the nature preserve only found in Watercolor. This home is a short walk or bike ride to the Sand Hill Frog Pool or Camp Watercolor.
Featuring high ceilings and oversized windows, the first floor welcomes you to the living room and stylish dining table that flow seamlessly into the chef's dream kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island; perfect for preparing delicious meals! The center island provides bar stool seating for 4 guests and the dining table provides seating for 8 guests. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a king bed, luxurious ensuite bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass shower. There is a half bathroom located on the first floor as well. The covered porch located on the back of the home lends itself to relaxing views of the nature preserve anytime of the year with its' outdoor fireplace, cozy seating and dining table (with seating for 8 guests).
Ascending to the second floor, you will find four beautiful guest bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms offer a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and/or including a tub, allowing you plenty of privacy while still being close to your loved ones! Ideal for the kids, there is a half bathroom and a bunk nook featuring 2 sets of bunks (4 twins). Additionally on this floor is a washer and dryer.
The exterior space of the home is just as stunning as the inside. Featuring a private pool, gas grill, fireplace, and an outdoor shower, this home is perfect for gathering and creating cherished memories. Additionally, this home offers an EV car charger for your convenience*.

- This home has exterior security cameras that are currently non-operational; however the hardware is still mounted.
- No Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional clean charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows one golf cart/LSV per address- you may not rent a second cart/LSV if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart/LSV rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart/LSV rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts/LSVs.
- 12 Amenity Wristbands - Maximum. Extras are not available. Access to All WaterColor Community Swimming Pools - Camp WaterColor and the Beach Club.
- The HOA issues one parking pass per reservation. Guests are encouraged to park their vehicles in the driveway or garage of their rental home. They do not need a parking pass when their vehicle is parked on a private residential property.The HOA-issued parking pass is required to park a vehicle overnight on the common area parking pads.
Reservation/ Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
