Prime location just steps to the beach and beautiful Mission Bay! You`ll love the views from one of the three balconies, especially the third story, ocean view, glassed in rooftop deck. Fully Furnished 3 bed/3 bath located just steps from the sand.

This 3bd/3ba house will comfortably sleep 7 people (max 10). The downstairs floor has one bedroom with a large king size bed, private full bathroom, and can be closed off from the rest of the home if needed. The second floor has the kitchen, dining room, and living room as well as the second bedroom. It has a queen bed, and a bunk bed. The third, and top floor has a larger bedroom with a queen bed, a queen futon bed and a master bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub.

Check-in is virtual, as you`ll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

The home is ideally located a short walking distance from the restaurants, bars, and great shopping in Mission and Pacific Beach. Located in the fun and unique beach front community of Mission beach, this private 3-story home is the perfect spot for your next luxury getaway. You can`t beat the location! In addition to the beaches, the home is just a 5 minute drive to Seaworld, a 10 minute drive to La Jolla/Torrey Pines, and a 15 minute drive to the downtown Gaslamp district and Convention Center.

The spacious home has everything you need for your vacation:

We require a 4 day minimum in the Off-Season and a 7 day Saturday-Saturday stay during Peak Times. We are looking for respectable tenants that will treat this like their own home. We require guests to be 25 years or older to book. The neighbors are close by and we request the guests don`t disrupt the neighbors.

We have a strict noise ordinance, so this is not the spot for late night parties. We do not allow pets or smoking in the house. We require that guests sign a Reservation Agreement outlining our rules and regulations for renting. Please confirm receipt with host.

Noise: There is a new Noise Ordinance in Mission Beach-`At all times, any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from your residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside your home. CAPP (Community Assisted Party Patrol) program can result in fines up to $1,000 to occupants.` Our neighbors in the alley behind the townhomes are members of the CAPP, and are permanent residences of Mission Beach, so Licensee agrees to close the rear sliding glass door and the closed after 10 PM.
