The Space:

The space

This home has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a lush backyard with a modern pool.



DINING AREA

The first room you enter as you walk into the house is the dining area. There is a wooden circular dining table with four chairs nestled around it. There is ample space for a sprawling dinner shared amongst your family and friends.



LIVING AREA

In the heart of the home is the living room, a spacious area with an extra large wraparound sectional perfect for snuggling up and watching movies or having midday conversations with your guests. The TV is connected to many major streaming services (good luck trying not to spend all day watching tv on the couch).



KITCHEN

The heart of the home, the full kitchen is a chef's dream and will be the perfect setting to cook family meals, entertain friends, or mix a margarita on a sunny Florida afternoon. The coffee bar is stocked with coffee pods, sweeteners, creamers, and even a sprawling selection of teas. There is a full sized oven, electric stovetop, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator with French doors, a deep sink, and anything and everything you could possibly need to cook and prepare meals. There is an island with two stools that is a great spot for a quick snack or breakfast, and a window that looks out over the pool.



MASTER BEDROOM

Furnished with an extra cozy king bed and windows facing the backyard, you are guaranteed to slumber in the master bedroom. The orange decor, tall lush plant, and tropical wall art remind you that you're in one of the most beautiful parts of the world - a perfect way to wake up and start your day. There is a large closet that can fit your luggage, clothes, and personal items.



GUEST BEDROOM

There is a firm but plush queen bed in the guest bedroom, surrounded by azure blue decor and tropical foliage. Should you need to bring work with you, you're encouraged to sit at the desk and connect your laptop to the large display screen. Wraparound windows bring in the naturally golden Florida light, while a spacious closet is available to store your personal belongings.



BATHROOM

There is one bathroom in this property, with a beautiful glass walled shower with a window that opens up towards the backyard / pool area. Everything in this bathroom has been redone with luxury in mind.



BACKYARD

This is probably where most of your time will be spent. Whether it is having morning cup of coffee or an evening glass (or two or three) of wine at the patio table; or it's countless hours spent in the pool with friends and family - this lush and tranquil backyard is the perfect backdrop for a great time. You're welcome to use the cooler to store drinks and fire up the BBQ on a warm evening. We think you'll love it here! Please note that the landscapers come often without notice, so it is possible they may show up during your stay.



Important Notes:

*We offer pool heating for $25/day. You must pay for the entirety of your stay, and we will send you a reminder for this service upon confirmation of your booking.

*South Florida is a tropical environment, and it’s normal to occasionally see insects or small wildlife (such as lizards), even with regular pest control. If you notice anything during your stay, please let me know right away so I can address it promptly.

*The pool is professionally serviced 1–2 times per week to ensure water quality and cleanliness. Because the property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees (welcome to tropical Florida!), you may occasionally notice a few leaves in the water between services. This is completely normal and does not affect the cleanliness or safety of the pool — it’s simply part of the natural environment.
