The small 60 m² house is at the edge of a resort nestled alone on a 10 m high sand dune with a unique 180° view of the Atlantic. A living room with integrated kitchen (27 m²). The kitchen is equipped with a 4 hob cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A fireplace in the middle of the living room makes for a romantic, cosy atmosphere. Three small independent bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), offer plenty of comfort. The bathroom with shower and 2 WCs complete the living area. There are individually adjustable electric heaters in all of the rooms. There is a large south-facing terrace that can be used as an additional 'living room' on sunny days. There is a utility area in the cellar with a washing machine and dryer. The house is on a 1500 m² fenced-in property with direct access to the beach.
