This amazing waterfront unit enjoys river views from every room. It comes with everything you need to get away from home, whether to work or play. Easily sleeps four and we have brand new king size beds!

There is a desk area with both wired and wireless internet if you need to use your laptop on the go. High end touches grace the living area and everything you need for a long or short stay is in this unit....It even has a WASHER and DRYER!

Many vacation rentals forget the details. Our unit also has an ironing board, blow dryer, blue ray DVD player. We have everything you need.....Just bring your clothes and food! We even have spices, sugar, coffee, oil etc.

Relax on the private decks.

Want to see the sights? Jog down the river front trail to Saturday market, or cross the foot bridge over union station and grab the green line light rail, train....Anywhere you want to go! Portland is a pedestrian and bike friendly city....So no car required.

Have a car anyway? We have FREE, covered, assigned parking in our historic market building on site, a grocery store and pizza restaurant, for those days you just feel like hanging out at home.

Great place, responsive host

Sunny is a great host who is very responsive. She answered our questions promptly and even left two yummy chocolate bars in the kitchen for us! The place is on the waterfront and has a nice jogging path along the waterfront with easy access. Plenty of great food nearby too. A great place to stay in Portland!

Awesome location, pretty and comfortable

As some others have mentioned, there was some train noise and an occasional delay waiting to leave the neighborhood when a slow train was crossing, but we loved the place. Clean, quiet and lovely little view with a great walking/running path just outside.

On the beaten path

Very convenient location...nice walking trail right outside the unit with easy access to Waterfront Park, Pearl District and Downtown...river views from the living room and both decks...a little noisy (trains) at times, but generally an enjoyable stay.

Excellent Condo with a Great Riverfront View

We had a great stay at the condo while attending a conference for a week. Convenient, waterfront walkway to the convention center, downtown, or to transit if you need to get out further. Condo was nicely furnished and well-kept. Will definitely book again the next time we're in downtown Portland.

Beautiful Place on the River

The place was super clean, very pretty, great comfy beds, pillow and sheets. Nice glassware and dishes was a surprise. We really enjoyed the place. Only downside was the train noise that was hard for a country bumpkin to get used to, but I eventually did. There was a cute little bar within walking distance. That was a bonus for a quick meal and drink.

All the bases covered.

This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with.

Great location on the river!

Attractively furnished condo on the Willamette River with views of the boats and birds from both upstairs and down. Sunita has furnished the condo nicely and has basic kitchen supplies so you can do some cooking without needing to buy salt etc. - the chocolate is a nice touch too! Comfortable mattresses, convenient parking, and it was clean. In a great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants in the Pearl; it is right along a walking path. We enjoyed our four-night stay!

Comfortsble and convenient

The condo accomodsted 2 couples comfortably. Very clean, with all amenities. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and other sites downtown. Spent each morning and evening enjoying the view from the deck. Sunny was great to work with , responding promptly to emails and calls. Designated parking a big plus! Thanks so much.

Really Great Place

My husband, 15 yr old son, and I stayed here for a week the middle of March. It was perfect! We have family that lives in Portland and we plan on staying here again. The condo was just as pictured and described- new, spotless, lovely! It is a great location for exploring downtown, the Pearl district, and the Moda Center. The owner is maintaining this unit for her family and friends to use, so it is being kept in excellent condition and it shows. The owner is quick to respond to questions and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

River view from a comfortable condo

This 2-story 2bdrm loft condo is furnished with everything you would ever need. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe and it was a quiet group of residents. The view of the river is beautiful and the walkway is very nice. Rainbow lights reflect in the water from the Moda Center every night. There are squirrels running around everywhere. The owner was a true pleasure to deal with, was available, but we were given complete privacy. We stayed for several months and really felt at home.

Good Rental unit

The unit was easy to find with the clear directions by the owner. The unit was well maintained and clean. There was a problem with the upstairs TV which the owner tried to resolve which was not resolved. However the owner was gracious by giving a box of candy. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Fit!

Our stay at this condo was just excellent! There were four of us, who all comfortably slept in this clean, modern, condo. The place is right on the river and was an easy walk to the Convention Center, where our event was located. There are some great eateries and shopping districts within walking distance, easy access to the MAX light rail, and an awesome riverside path for walking or jogging if you'd like to get in a little exercise. There's a small market/convenience shop within the complex and a fantastic pizza place too! The condo was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Portland.

Great downtown location - clean and comfortable on the riverfront.

I was attending a convention in downtown Portland, so this condo was located in a great place for me. The condo was clean and comfortable, with nice outdoor seating to appreciate the river traffic and activity on the riverside trail. Sunita made herself available by phone anytime and was very attentive to any questions that we had. If you like running, biking, walking along the riverfront trail, it's right outside the door. The unit is located within a short walk of Portland Union Station and the MAX rail stop next to it, so using public transportation around Portland is easy. Covered parking was very convenient across from the unit and was greatly appreciated with the congested public street parking. We'd recommend this property to anyone who would want a nice place to stay in the heart of Portland.

Great location! Great condition! Super owner to work with.

We stayed here recently when visiting our son who is a student at Lewis & Clark. The condo is part of a 300 unit condo development right on the river in the Pearl district. It comes with a parking space that is very close to the unit which was handy. There is street parking for visitors as well. The unit is extremely clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed walking along the river. This location is terrific for visiting the downtown Portland area. If you were attending something at the convention center, public transportation is extremely nearby and you could easily walk in nice weather. The owner was extremely easy to deal with as well and checked in with us during our stay to ensure things went well. We will be back!!!! Much less expensive than local hotels and with much more room and better location.

Perfect for Portland

The waterfront condo was a perfect location for coming home after days of touring, wine tasting, and hiking in Portland and the surrounding areas. The bed was as comfortable as home, and probably one of best available through VRBO we've ever stayed. Super clean and quiet. We made easy dinners a couple of nights with a well appointed kitchen. Great views of the river and fun to watch the rowers, boats and crusiers pass by. There is a walking path that follows the river and is a short distance to downtown. We'd recommend a couple of places to eat that were fun experiences and delicious food - LeChon (Tapas) and Little Bird (French Bistro). Voodoo Dounts is hip, loud and sweet. Downtown is cool, but make the trip to Multnomah Falls and Thunder Island Brewery in Cascade Locks. The views were stunning. Though we didn't meet Sunita, we are thankful for sharing such a wonderful condo with us!

Perfect condo

We absolutely loved this condo. The pictures really don't do justice to how nice it is. It was spotlessly clean, nicely updated and decorated, and well laid out. We also really like Sunita's art work. The little touches of the coffee and chocolate were nice as well. The views from the balconies were wonderful and my 2.5 year old daughter loved watching the trains and boats go by. The condo was very conveniently located. There was more than enough to do and see within walking distance, and it was also easy to hop on the light rail or street car when needed. There were so many great restaurants nearby, we never had a bad meal and we barely made a dent in all the options. There were six of us all together staying in the condo: two families, each with two adults and one small child. I didn't realize when we booked the condo that the upstairs room is a loft which is open to the downstairs. I was concerned about this at first because of my daughter needing to go to bed earlier than the adults, but it worked out just fine with our travel sound machine. Another concern we had was having an 11am check-out time and a 5:30pm flight. With two small kids and all their luggage, this would have been difficult, but Sunita was gracious enough to let us stay as long as possible without imposing on the next guests. That thoughtfulness really meant a lot to us and made our trip home go much more smoothly. We had a wonderful time in Portland and can't wait to come back again. We all agreed we would try to plan any future vacations around being able to get this condo!

We purchased this lovely unit a few years ago and decided to share it with relatives, friends and guests. Hope all of you will enjoy our place as much as we do.
We are sure you will not be disappointed.
The proximity of this property to everything you need is very convenient.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

When we first saw this place, we did fall in love with it since it has a river view from every room and it had a cozy feel to it. Drinking our first cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on our 2 decks, as we are watching the waves or the boats go by is what we have enjoyed very much.
Being close to the Pearl District is another advantage, specially when we feel like eating out, we just walk over to the Pearl District or down town and try one of the restaurants. If we want to see a SHOW or a PLAY or a MOVIE we do the same.
We have always enjoyed the Saturday Market and the Farmers Market which are also walking distance from the condo. We hope you will enjoy our wonderful place as much as we have.
Taking a train to Portland, the AMTRAK station is walking distance from us. Don't have a car? Our local trains and busses are also walking distance.
