- Access the apartment by descending 14 steps from the building’s main entrance. Although this unit lies one level below that entrance, it offers direct ground-level access on the opposite side, owing to the building’s hillside location – ensuring both privacy and effortless entry.
- The flat has access to a charming garden with lemon trees, located in a shared courtyard surrounded by residential buildings. While the garden is communal, the apartment has its own private, unfenced section, perfect for relaxing outdoors in a peaceful setting.
