Since you brought them to our attention when you checked out, our team has looked into these concerns. The property includes a coffee maker, but guests are responsible for providing their own coffee. Regarding parking, we aim to set clear expectations in our listing. The community spaces are first come, first served and are rarely available. Parking in front of the garage is prohibited, and the property is best suited for guests using rideshare rather than bringing a vehicle.
