The screened in porch off the backyard may allow you to catch a glimpse of the deer in the early morning while sipping on your freshly brewed coffee. It overlooks the serene backyard which has a built in firepit and seating. Several beautiful flowers and landscaping adorn this yard!

Basement

As you enter the fully finished basement, you’ll be invited to play on the custom white oak shuffleboard table with LED lights. After that, you can venture into the game room which has your choice of a 3 in 1 air hockey, foosball or ping pong table or the Pac Man Arcade game with 60 other retro games of your choice. Once you’ve finished with your choice of arcade games, you can relax on the sectional couch to watch your favorite movie or show on the 55’ Smart TV or grab a book or board game to play!

Bunk Room

The bunk room is located in the basement right off of the game room and has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds along with a twin trundle bed that slides out from under the bottom bunk. This room also has a good size closet, a smart tv, a dresser and a giant, cozy beanbag chair perfect for lounging.

Master Bedroom

The master on main setup features an extremely comfortable king size bed, a 55’ Smart Tv, a dresser, lamps with usb connection ports, a color changing electric fireplace, a master bath with tub and shower, double sinks and a very large walk in closet.

Both bedrooms feature smart tv's, 2 nights stands with plugs and usb ports, dressers and large closets.

Upstairs Bathroom

The upstairs bathroom is between both upstairs bedrooms and has double sinks, a bathtub and shower.

Downstairs Bathroom

The downstairs bathroom has a pedestal sink along with a shower, perfect for guests staying in the bunk room.

Laundry Area

The laundry area is right off the living room next to the master bedroom and powder room. There is a full-size washer and drier along with an iron and ironing board.
