There really is nothing like being ocean front. A beach vacation is always nice but the difference from being a few blocks away from the ocean and being ocean front is really like being miles apart. This is an opportunity to be ocean front in South Mission Beach one of the premiere locations any where in the world and our location is away from the large parking lots where the beach gets crowded. Many days at our house you'll feel like you are on a private beach. Treat your family to an OCEAN FRONT vacation and you'll never want to stay anywhere else.

Fantastic views from this second floor unit, a five bedroom three bath that comfortably sleeps 12. Downstairs step onto the beach or enjoy our 50 foot wide ocean front patio with tables, loungers and umbrellas with shade. We also have a one bedroom that sleeps four at the same address VRBO 560930.

Ocean front living and dining room that seats twelve. TV room with smart TV. Directly off of the dining room is your upstairs deck with a gas grill, it's perfect for people watching and always one of our guests favorite places.

Seven beds total. King bed in master bedroom with attached bathroom, Two bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom with a king and twin bed which has a separate entry. One bedroom with a single twin bed and there is also a queen sleeper in living room. All linens provided. Direct-TV in all rooms.

A maximum of 12 people are allowed on the property at any time. No events or parties are allowed, we are best suited as a family getaway. No bachelor or bachelorette parties. Quiet time must be observed between 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. this is strictly enforced.

Music must never be loud enough to be heard outside your residence. Amplified music is not allowed at any time. If your noise can be heard by your neighbors, then it is too loud. The regulation must be observed 24 hours a day. San Diego Municipal code 59.5.0501, 59.5.0502

OUTDOOR
Deck talk and music must not bother your neighbors and after 10:00 pm must cease or be taken inside your residence. Even moderate conversation will carry because of the close proximity of the houses in Mission Beach. Loud or boisterous activity will not be tolerated. Cost of police response will be charged by the police to those people occupying the property. San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.051, 59.5.0502

If you find that you have to do a little tel-commuting while on vacation there is one desk in the living room and two bedrooms have a desk as well.

Fully furnished well equipped kitchen with top of the line Wolf oven and stove to prepare your favorite meals, Sub-Zero refrigerator and beautiful Brazilian river rock granite counter tops.

Satellite TV in all rooms and free WIFI access.

Downstairs step onto the beach or enjoy your 50 foot wide ocean front patio equipped with table, chairs, loungers and umbrellas.

Just a block away you'll find a liquor store, a grocery store, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, a bar & grill and take out Mexican food.

We're a five minute drive from Sea World, a 20 minute drive to the world famous San Diego Zoo and about 40 minutes to Lego Land. San Diego is home to many golf courses including Torrey Pines about 30 minutes away.

Tandem outside parking for two cars, trucks or SUV's you won't have a parking problem here.
