Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

This Wander is a single-storey home, but climbing steps is required to access some amenities.
OCCUPANCY NOTICE
The minimum age to book this home is 25.
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule of 6 guests. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.
NO PETS ALLOWED
This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
POOL HEATING
The pool is available year-round. There is a $175 per day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact us at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

This property receives regular visits from maintenance crew for pool cleaning on Tuesdays and Fridays, and landscaping once a week.
