I am truly feeling lucky that sometimes I can stay in this beautiful Mountain View Quiet Peaceful house with rocks and wildlife around ! Please allow me to explain why .
The first all :
it’s this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the only sounds you can hear will be the elk or other wildlife animals voices.
The second:
It’s super easy to access to RMNP , and to the town as well , it’s about as close as you can get .
The third :
you probably will see the elks, deers daily.
The next :
let’s soak in the hot tub watching the romantic stars after a hike or sightseeing ! How amazing life will be !
The next :
setting on the full body massage chair next to the wood fireplace, I only want to say : OH MY GOSH!!!!

Full stocked kitchen , washer dryer, over 100 channels TV , Netflix, kids toys, books, puzzles….just perfect for your family

The entire house with A/C is 1300 Sqft has 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, big living room with dining area,full stocked kitchen,wood fireplace,family entertainment area with a comfortable queen size pull out sofa sleeper and smart TV with over 100 channels and Netflix , also different traditional Chinese teas are provided on the little table .

All windows has forest green color thick curtains.

Living room:
A/C ,Full body Massage Chair ,also There is a large heavy oak dining table set , wood fireplace,and the beautiful plans.

Bedrooms:
All beds’ mattresses are brand new and thick 10”memory foam , they are really really comfortable.
There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds , 1 master bedroom with King size bed , all closets are full stocked, and there is a big walk In closet in the master bedroom. 1 bedroom seeing the beautiful eagle cliff mountain, 1 bedroom seeing large rocks right behind, 1 room seeing hot tub & hammock relaxing area.

Bathrooms :
1 bathroom has a big tub with pumps -jacuzzi,fell like a hot tub indoor.
2 bathrooms all have extra towels , shampoo, conditioner, hand soup and soup bar

Kitchen:
All the supplies in the kitchen are new , and new quartz countertop , we offering u Starbucks, coffee, and hot coco

We also have Washer and dryer

Outdoor:
We have a outdoor comfortable dining couch seating with a little coffee table for ur whole group, u can enjoy the sunset with family.
A brand new fancy hot tub with big pumps and different color light next to the house , the area has movable wood chairs, and a large hammock hanging between 2 big pin trees
Wildlife are seen year around!
Elks ,deers,birds are your daily visitors,bears sometimes are stop by as well .u also can see different colors wild flowers in front the yard

Location is beyond ideal!!!
It’s right next to RMNP location in a beautiful forest ! around 5 mins to the downtown Estes Park, there are very good local restaurants (bird&Jim/ Rock in )around 2-3 mins away same as groceries(The Country Market of Estes Park) ! 7 mins drive to Mary’s lake , 2 Mins to YMCA , the neighborhood is super quiet!

You will have access to the entire house,and outdoor living space, private hot tub, 2 oversize car garage .not the little shed outside , there are kinds of tools there .
We are located within walking distance to hiking trails within and outside of Rocky Mt National Park. Happy trails !
Other things to note
Due to fire risk, our insurance company does not allow for any outdoor grilling or outdoor smoking at house

We pay livable wages to our clearing contractors.The fee that is passed on to our guest is only a portion of our operating

During winter time, always a lot snow , all wheel drive /4 wheel drive are recommended. Eagle Cliff Rd is usually typically plowed in a timely manner after each snow storm , but if u still want to drive around , especially to go to the park u definitely a all wheel drive/4 wheel drive car
