Perfect size cabin for a small group and still had more amenities than a larger cabin. Loved the location.

Rod Run

5 days for the Rod Run show. Great place to lay our heads down after a fun filled day. Close access to everything. Great pet friendly cabin.

Perfect location!

Cabin was perfectly situated and close to all of our fun activities and provided everything we needed. We travel to the area at least once a year and are familiar with many other cabins. This one tops are list.

Home is central to EVERYTHING. You won’t be disappointed! Pool/hot tub, game room, quality of beds, etc.

Grand time with the Grandkids!!

From start to finish, everything was just wonderful! Check in & out was so easy, and everything was exactly as advertised! Close proximity to all attractions and places to eat was just minutes away, but honestly could have stayed right in the cabin!! Loved the pool and hot tub! ( my granddaughter especially loved the pool!) And Pet Friendly was definitely a bonus! Everything you need and more!! We’ll be back!!

Super close to the Parkway!

The proximity to the Parkway is superb! No steep hills and still felt secluded. The pool and hot tub were great and my husband now wants an arcade system lol! Thank you for the wonderful home for the week!

Perfect for small family

We enjoyed our extended weekend at the skinny dippin cabin. The kids were bummed that the air hockey didn’t work and that maybe the game room could use some updates, but they loved the pool, the outdoor space was utilized for exploring and overall we really enjoyed ourselves!

Great experience

This cabin is in a residential area but it sets back from the neighborhood. It was very close to the main attractions. The inside living area was very nice and very clean. The outside needs a good cleaning and the pool area needs to be cleaner. The pool is very small. Overall, I would rent this cabin again if I wasn’t wanting a Mountain View. This is a great cabin if you have kids.

Our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun swimming all day. The cabin was nice. The only things I saw that needed to some fixing was I had to wash the dishes before using, they were dirty. The pool was supposed to be heated but it stayed pretty cold. There is mold from a water leak in the ceiling that leaked while we were there and no pool towels. But overall we enjoyed our stay. We love the fireplace that's you can use indoor or outdoor. We would come back if things were fixed.

It felt pretty private, but very close to the strip so you will hear the souped up cars, etc. The cabin was clean enough. The main problem was the overwhelming odor of chlorine throughout the house. Enough to irritate eyes on the 2nd floor. We contacted the owner & Aunt Bugs several times and they said there was nothing to fix. We spent the entire week with windows open in 85 degree heat, 50 degree nights & rain. Not ideal. Also, it would help to have some throw blankets and pillows. We bought our own. And the silverware situation is weird. The kitchen isn't as well stocked as one would hope. Some better creature comforts would go a long way. Not enough pillows for the beds. Need more blankets. Dedicated pool towels would help too. But if you're sensitive to odor, don't stay here. For the record, I have the worst sense of smell of anyone I know and it bothered me the entire time. Also, management kept saying they didn't smell it, well that's because the windows were always open with all the fans on. That was the only solution. If you don't mind the pool smell and a bare bones cabin, it's perfectly fine. If you have little kids, there's no comfortable place.for them to eat. Personally I'd replace the kitchen table with a regular height and replace that little table and chairs in the living room with a set that the chairs actually fit with - the seat height and the table height are approximately the same, so you can't scoot the chairs in. Also, the couch is broken.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: but maybe a little TOO close...furniture (couches, MATTRESSES especially) seriously old/worn out and/or cheap. All else ok. If I wanted to be that close to the main drag I'd probably stay there again, otherwise I'd look for something with more of a view (only view we had was of a golf course.) Also, weird note, stayed there in late Feb but Christmas tree and wreath still on it turned out, like the entire area - guess they don't take their stuff down until spring? Odd.

Family getaway

Booked for a family getaway sadly the cabin could had been better. The hot tub never got hot and the pool was dirty looking and the water was way to warm. One of the light fixtures in the ceiling was leaking and seemed kind of dangerous. The living room also has a few spots where there was random leaks nothing big but about two spots not sure what that was about. Definitely not worth the money paid. This company really needs to take time to make sure things are working properly and leaks aren’t taking place especially where there is dangerous electric.

Frustration

When we got to the cabin and were touring the place we discovered that the patio door in the poor area was unlocked. In the pool area there was a dirty wash cloth and pack of gum, so clearly it hadn’t been cleaned. We had issues with ants, the beds were very uncomfortable, and we had to go by new batteries for the TV remotes. The second day we were there we went to put a load of clothes in the washer and it was full of the previous renters dirty towels, so we had to wash those. Once they were dry and I went to fold them they were very stained and nasty. I sent pics to the property owner so that we would not get charged for the stains and was told we good drop the dirty ones off and pick up clean if we wanted. The pool area had mushrooms growing out of the floor. The hinges on the doors were all rusted and you had to slam the doors to get them to close. I definitely will not be going back, we stay in pigeon forge often and this is the worst cabin I have stayed in.

Disappointed & Misled

Very disappointed in the pool from these photos, the pool does not look like this at all. It's dirty and stained at the bottom and the jacuzzi smells like moldy water. There has been ants everywhere from the front door to the kitchen counter, there was a bag of dirty linens left on the couch upon arrival and the pool maintenance man came and No one from the company let us know he was coming so we were startled. We paid alot of money to stay here based on what was presented from the photos and sadly feel misled. Read all reviews and move on do not book this cabin. I reached out to management about my concerns via message and call and no one seemed to care.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time at this cabin! It was spotless,and well kept. We have two small children and everyone had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the game room and the pool. It was so close and convenient to all activities. Even though the cabin was in town it still felt very private. The only issue we had was that there did not seem to be enough towels for showering and pool use. Also, the pool was not as warm as we would have liked. It was a shock getting in, it really was not that bad but it could have been warmer. The cabin does not have wi-fi. The description of the cabin said Internet access, we could not find it. To be very fair, we did not contact management about these issues, it really was not that big of a deal. I am sure they would have been helpful if we called. We will definitely be coming back to this cabin!

Not worth the money

Very frustrating to pay a lot of money and be excited about getting away, only to get to your destination I find out its not what you expected. I'd hoped the previous reviews I read after booking and unable to get a refund were not true but they were. The place was dirty and out dated; the dishwasher didn't want to work, lights in pool didn't work, the air hockey table didn't work, no board games, TVs tiny and the remotes in bedrooms didn't work the TVs. The kitchen infested with ants, cabinets old and dirty, the smell under the sink in kitchen when opening cabinets was awful; lights, etc. just dirty, curtains dirty and hung wrong, sink in 1 master bath didn't drain. Both porches/decks were dirty, chairs, railings, windows, everything covered in spiderwebs and dirty. No care given to this place at all; you can sweep the decks, hose them down once in a while to clean cobwebs and dirt, you didn't want to sit outside, had to clean the chairs before you could sit in them. I mean honest to god, at least try to clean the place and make sure that things work; you pay to have the amenities/cleanliness and if they don't work and place is dirty then why am I paying so much. Would not stay again!!!
