The Space:

This house sleeps up to eight people with room to spread out. The first floor includes a beautiful open floor plan with a kitchen (unbelievably equipped for any gourmet meal prep), dining, and living area. Beautiful views from every room.

Step inside to a warm, well-appointed space where comfort meets convenience. The house features: Three Comfortable Bedrooms: Each room is equipped with plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day on the slopes or trails. Bunk room is great for kids!

Spacious Living Area: Relax by the fireplace in our open living room, perfect for unwinding with a movie or a good book.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: From a quick breakfast to a full dinner, our kitchen has everything you need to fuel your adventures, including a gas range.

Modern Amenities: Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a washer and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Pet Deposit: An extra cleaning fee of $65 is required.

Number of Pets: A Maximum of 1 pet per stay.

Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for any damage, disturbances, or injuries caused by their pets.

Furniture & Premises: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding.

Leash & Restraint: Pets must be leashed or restrained when outside the property, including in shared areas.

Waste Disposal: Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

Noise Control: Please keep pets quiet to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Health & Safety: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas or parasites.

Additional Charges: Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be deducted from the pet deposit.
