Right in the intersection of the Belmont and 12South neighborhoods, just a few steps from the convenient and lively corridor of 12th Ave. A short walk to all the dining and shopping in bustling 12 South and a gorgeous city park with a public gym. We are 3 miles down 12th ave from the heart of downtown, Broadway Dr. About 2 miles from the Music Row area.

This cottage is the ideal situation for guest comfort and enjoyment of the city, with a prime location in Nashville's hottest and most convenient neighborhood. It is outfitted perfectly for someone who needs temp housing or an extended stay in the city. We live on the other side of this 1940s-era duplex, manage it actively and are quick to respond. The 500 sq. ft. apartment is a barely attached cottage which has recently been updated/decorated (new central heating/AC, lighting, paint, and appliances ) while retaining all of its vintage charm. Guest convenience and security is assured with your own entrance and off-street parking for 2 cars right at your doorstep. Guests will have complete privacy, but we are here to greet you and see that all of your needs are met during your stay. THE BEDROOM: 12-by-12 room with a Queen-sized bed and super comfy Sealy pillow-top mattress, high-quality cotton sheets, dresser, closet, etc. with plenty of room to store your things. THE LIVING AREA: 15-by-15 room with a sectional couch for lounging, 30" TV with premium U-verse cable (HBO Showtime, etc.), Bose speaker and iPhone docking station are included to enjoy your own music, and a dining pub-style table with two chairs. Bookshelf includes numerous titles, art and architecture books and magazines. THE BATHROOM: Adorable vintage bath with newly resurfaced tub. Lots of fluffy towels and basic toiletries provided in addition to a hair dryer. THE KITCHEN: Updated galley kitchen outfitted with everything you may need for a night in of cooking/dining or for a guest who wants an extended stay. Electric coffee maker, French Press as well as an espresso maker included.
