Really great location, perfect layout for a group of friends. We needed more chairs and got them right away. The beds are comfy, there are enough bathrooms, nice tv area but we were in NYC so kinda not there a lot. It was so easy to get back from really anywhere in the city. Overall excellent stay! Thank you Sonny! Great host!

The pros: it was spacious and accommodated the 7 of us comfortably, well stocked in kitchen. The cons: there were 2 large flights of stairs to go up to the apartment, which was not stated in the listing, so if you have any issues navigating stairs (22 on 1st flight, about 15 on 2nd flight to get to apt) you may want to reconsider. Not easy dragging luggage up the stairs and with one person being in their 70s and not as mobile.The couch was stained and filthy. Had to cover it with towels just to sit on it. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable for us. I realize this is a preference issue, but for us it did not work.The blinds in two of the bed rooms and main space had several broken slats. Several sleeping pillows were stained. It would’ve been hard to miss for whoever came in to change the sheets and clean up.The walls were all scraped up, which did not directly affect our stay, but was just an example of not being taken care of. This seems like it was a very nice place that hasn’t been taken care of very well. No one wants to come into a living room and see a couch with stains all over it or broken blinds or sleep uncomfortably for several nights. They were seven of us and not one person was comfortable on the beds. Our stay for five nights with all of the fees was just under 10,000 and for that I expected more. And for what it’s worth, I rarely write reviews good or bad, so I’m not a complainer, but this missed the mark for all of us. have photos of all

We had a fantastic time saying at this property. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make a vacation very pleasant. It was also centrally located within walking distance to SoHo, Little Italy and Chinatown. It was also within 5 mins to the 7 and F/D subway stations. To top it all off, we had excellent communication with Sonny. He was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. One of our best VRBO experiences we have had

Great location. Host was so accommodating and the space was clean and comfortable. Lots of room for our two families of 4 with teens. Would definitely recommend for large party looking to stay in NYC.

The property was nice for our family Christmas week. There were 5 of us in our party. The couch only seats 3 so the other 2 had to sit in the dining room chairs. The couch is also very stained. Maybe add more seating to make it more comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. One bedroom had broken slats on the shades. The floor in this room also has missing wooden slats leaving splintered wood showing near the closet area. The location was easy to walk to Little Italy, China Town, SoHo and NoHo.

My husband and I grew up in NY and enjoyed bringing our daughters and family to the city. There were 11 of us and we appreciated 5 bedrooms for all. Our only suggestion would be more seating in living and dining room. A table with 4 chairs wasn’t enough for our brood. Loved staying in SoHo- it’s an area I never explored. Thanks for a great time!

We had a fantastic time and the place was great. Was in town for the NYC Marathon, so we needed a large home for all the family that came. Plenty of room for all of us. Host was great, questions were answered quickly. My only complaint, a new couch is needed, it was stained bad and could use a bigger one.

The host was excellent! Allowed us to check in early and was very accommodating!! The mattresses are a mix bag some are comfortable and some are rock hard. Couch was certainly well loved and there were some needed repairs floor boards in one of the bedrooms and painting in the hallway fell. Overall great stay compared to some other venues in NYC!!

3 night stay in SOHO

Amazing experience! The property was very clean and in a great location. The host was very responsive and assisted us with anything we had questions on. My friends and I had stayed in multiple air bnbs in NYC in the past and nothing comes to as close as this one. Highly recommend!
