This newly constructed modern space is thoughtfully designed for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Here’s what you’ll enjoy:

Includes a microwave, full-size stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups), dishes, cookware, and all essential utensils for cooking and baking.

A queen-size bed with crisp white linens and a full dresser in the bedroom
A queen-size memory foam sofa bed in the living room, also with white linens
Entertainment & Relaxation
A 40-inch ceiling-mounted TV in the living area—perfect for winding down after a day of exploring.
Well-Stocked Bathroom
Includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and a refreshing shower.

Private Keyless Entry for secure and seamless check-in.
Although the Casita is attached to our main home, it has its own completely private entrance to ensure your comfort and privacy.
Parking: Driveway parking is available in front of the home. Your designated space is the spot closest to the fence.

We live on the property and are just a message away via the app for anything you might need. Whether you'd like a personal welcome or prefer a self-guided check-in, we’re happy to accommodate your preference. We take pride in being friendly, respectful, and quick to respond.

Important Notes
No Pets: To maintain an allergy-friendly environment, pets are not allowed. If a pet is brought without prior approval, a $200 cleaning fee will apply.
No Parties: Feel free to have guests, but please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM out of respect for our neighbors.
Respectful Stays: This is our personal home, not a corporate rental. We welcome kind, considerate guests who value clear communication and thoughtful hosting.
Sustainability: Please help conserve energy by turning off the lights, TV, and AC/heating when you're not in the Casita.
🗺 Property Layout
Terracotta Casita is located at the front of the property. We also host a separate short-term rental unit at the back. Each space has its own fully private entrance and living area, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.
Laundry Access
The shared laundry room is located on the right side of the property.
Guest access is available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM—please coordinate with us in advance.
AC & Heater Use
To conserve energy, please turn off the AC or heater every time that you leave the Casita.
