Welcome to Mount Royal Townhome—on Main Street in Frisco with trails out back and Copper Mountain just up the road.
This 2BR/2BA townhome backs up to Mount Royal and sits steps from the paved Summit Rec Path.
You're less than a block to shops, dining, and the free Summit Stage bus stop. In winter, hop the bus for a 10-minute ride to Copper.
In summer, walk to the Frisco Marina, beach, and hiking or biking trails right from your door. No need for a car once you arrive.
Our unit is fully stocked with amenities and includes a full kitchen.
• Master bedroom: King bed, upstairs, with en-suite full bath (tub/shower).
• Second bedroom: Queen-over-Queen bunk, full futon —sleeps 6 total. Located downstairs next to a second bathroom.
• Bathrooms: Two baths, stocked with towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer.
• Living room: Wood fireplace, smart TV, two sofas, and balcony with Mount Royal views.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with updated appliances, bar seating for four, plus a dining table for four.
• Balcony: Gas grill and mountain views—great for summer BBQs or winter après.
The Summit Stage bus stop is steps away. Ride free to Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, or anywhere in Summit County. Frisco Marina, Lake Dillon, and the beach are just a short walk down Main Street.
This 2BR/2BA unit sleeps 8 comfortably. Private washer/dryer and two covered parking spots included. A shared hot tub is available onsite—perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing or hiking.
We pride ourselves on guest service and support. There’s a Welcome Book in the kitchen with helpful information for a smooth stay. We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact (info in the Welcome Book).

PARKING
Two carport parking spaces are allotted for this home. Located in the front of the town home to the left of the front door. 2 parking passes are in the front of this book. Return them to this book at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement cost for each pass.
HOT TUB
Is located next to our building, 334 West Main Street. The hot tub is open daily from 8AM to 11PM (The timer for the jets is outside the hot tub room in the entryway). Pool towels are located in the living room next to the couch.
FIREPLACE
Fireplace is wood burning; fire wood can be bought at most gas stations, Safeway and Walmart. Caution: Do NOT use liquid fire starters/fluids, as they are fire hazards. *Important*- make sure the flue is open.
SKI STORAGE:
Is located on the wall next to the front door or on the top floor private deck.
TV & STREAMING
The living room and master TVs both offers Xfinity cable. If you log into Amazon, Netflix, or other streaming services, please log out before checking out.
WASHER & DRYER
Stackable washer and dryer is located in the bunk room closet, with detergent provided above it or under the kitchen sink.
THERMOSTATS
This home has six thermostats one in each room including bathrooms, that control baseboard heaters. Do not place clothing on heaters, as this is a fire hazard. When checking out, set thermostat to 60 degrees.
COOL AIR
There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom.
FUTON SLEEPER LINENS
Located in the bunk room closest. Please leave used linens on futon at checkout.
TALKING TRASH
You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take the bagged trash to the dumpster at the east end of the parking lot.
EMERGENCIES
There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES
Extra batteries are in the kitchen cabinet above the fridge. For hard-to-reach ceiling lights, please contact us, and let us know if you’d like it done during your stay or after check-out. Be sure to include the property name in your email.
ELECTRICAL PANEL
The electrical panel is in the master bedroom water heater closet, should a breaker trip.
