Brownsville Country Club, Vista Verde Condominiums. Across the street from BCC Golf Course, and walking distance to Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Three Roku TVs and a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two beds, one Queen size and one twin size. Both bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans with remote control.
The unit also has a 2 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage. You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)

Spacious! Great location! Love the idea of being able to park the garage!

It was a great place....spacious which made it more comfortable especially when spending all day with family and beach. Just needs a little fixing on the floor to the entrance in the 2nd bedroom but overall great place. Will stay again and will recommend.

Adequate for our needs

We left the unit a whole lot cleaner than when we moved in for our month long stay. There was long, black dog hair everywhere. The owned said he would talk to the cleaning lady about it, but my wife spent several hours cleaning. We also asked the owner about getting mail while we were there and he said he would look for the mail key. We never heard back from him. All in all it was a fairly nice unit but I will not stay there again.

Thank you for the review, although, sadly, it has statements that are just not true, and the proof is in all our other stellar reviews, which they speak for themselves! We own this condo, and we are always trying to improve it and to have our guests experience an awesome stay while in Brownsville.

Plenty of space in this two bedroom unit. My wife and I stayed at this place from late January through early February 2018 and enjoyed our time in Brownsville. Plenty to see for those interested in attractions. TV's in the bedrooms and living room all had different channels available which was a little odd, but we weren't there to watch TV. No DVD available. Washer and dryer worked well and are of good size. Reasonably priced and we would definitely consider renting again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The place is clean and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. It was nice to be close to shopping areas. The garage was also a great plus. The place lives up to how it is advertised and far exceeds what you would get at a hotel.

Clean and close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in Brownsville at this townhome. It was clean and looked just as the pictures show. It was a little out dated but the price was very reasonable. Overall I would recommend - or consider staying here again. I want to add that the transaction of everything went very smoothly as well. Thank you!

Excellent property - Outstanding stay

The property is clean and well equipped. Having a garage was an awesome plus. It is really close to the mall and a lot of stores and restaurants. And, the golf course view from the living room window is gorgeous! We highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Brownsville.

I would recommend this Condo to my friends it was an excellent paradise to me and my family.

The property was excellent clean sanitize everything in order just like a regular home with all the convenience of a home. Comfortable spacious for all my family members they all enjoyed the Mall just around the corner and all the various stores. I would recommended to my friends.
