We have A/C in the main living areas , plus existing A/C in all the bedrooms. Stay cool!

The beach is waiting for you! 2000+ Sq. FT. Penthouse condo. Ideal for large families or 2 families. Great for surfing families or people just looking to enjoy the Rincon beach and area. Enjoy the safe swimming beach that is literally steps away and it's only minutes drive to downtown and great surfing beaches. Almendros Beach in Corcega is the best swimming beach in Rincon and we are right on Almendros Beach. You can enjoy sunrises over the mountains and sunsets on the ocean.

Master bedroom has private bath. Second bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. Third bedroom with queen bed. Queen sofabed in upstairs living area. All rooms are air conditioned and there are ceiling fans through out the house including the bedrooms. Great cross breezes through house which allows for not using a/c if you wish. Cable TV and high speed internet.

Enjoy the large rooftop extra living room with sofas, gas BBQ, tables and chairs. Great for meals or just relaxing. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Fully equipped cook's kitchen with top of the line GE glass top 4 burner stove and oven, large side by side stainless refrigerator / freezer with ice and water dispenser and stainless dishwasher. Condo is gated and very safe. There is parking for two cars.

The host was very welcoming, the place was clean & very roomy. Plenty of room for everyone! Wonderful penthouse deck on 2nd floor. Ample outside space & seating. Great beach location. Close to everything in town, near many fabulous restaurants & plenty of food shopping nearby.Overall we had a great time, will definitely book with this host again!

Unit was spacious and clean with plenty of space for 5 adults. We enjoyed spending time on the balconies and roof top. Property located right on a nice, sandy beach. Both the owner and the property manager responsive and accommodating. Bonus….pickleball courts down the street.

All the comforts of home

We have stayed at the condo twice and really enjoyed the space . We had friends staying in same complex and gathered often on the large covered terrace. The beach is quiet and has some nice snorkeling!

Awesome Location

my family had an incredible time at Richard’s condo. the location was amazing being 100ft from the beach and the condo itself was wonderful including its size, amenities and the roof top! Absolutely recommend and will be back again soon!

Great vacation with the family!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Rincon. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for the week. My children especially enjoyed the balcony with hameks. The town was great and had all stores nearby and great restaurants. Would recommend this rental for your next stay in Rincon.

Beautiful balconies and views

The entire condo was beautiful however the main outdoor balcony was huge! We really enjoyed sitting out there and barbecuing! We had everything we needed for a great week- even beach chairs and toys!

Spacious property

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed staying on this property on the beach ! Space for everyone to do their own thing or gather together for a big meal on the large veranda. Owner and property managers were prompt and accessible. We will be back!

Great Beach Getaway

Truly steps away from a great beach. Beautiful sand. We were surprised that the beach wasn’t crowded. The water had few waves and very swimable. The condo was great with more than enough room for our family to hang out together and getaway on one of the three decks to read or chill on our own. We plan to get to Rincón again and stay here again.

Nothing short of AMAZING!

The property is very spacious and comfortable. It is right on a very nice beach, a few people, but not at all crowded. Caretakers and the owner were immediately responsive to any questions or needs and are knowledgeable about the area as well as having connections to activities. Very well equipped kitchen and beach items. This was our fourth trip to PR, and we always stay in a different part of the island, if we were to stay in the same location twice, this would be it! Book it!

Family of seven enjoyed our stay at Rincon Puerto Rico

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this condo. The amount of room that this condo has to offer was one of the main reasons that I chose this condo over others and it will not disappoint. The property is absolutely clean inside and out. One of the hidden gems that this property has to offer is the balcony which has many amenities including grilling and furniture that made it enjoyable for my family to spend hours just on the balcony. If you're in the market for a large condo that is very clean with great communication please do yourself a favor and book this condo, I promise you it will not disappoint.

We will be back

We gathered as a family for a vacation and couldn’t have been more pleased. We were met upon arrival and given a tour. The space was clean, bright and cool with great ac in all of the spaces. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and coolers to make our beach adventures a breeze. The property is on a lovely spot of beach but also convenient to Ricon and all it has to offer. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space in the penthouse as it has comfortable sitting as well as a grill and table. The only down side was road traffic noise as there is only one road in and out of town, but it quieted after dark.

Peaceful and relaxing

Great week spent minutes from a wonderful swimming beach. Quiet yet not isolated. Easy drive to many restaurants and bars. Richard and Adele extremely friendly and accommodating. Would happily return.

1st Vacation in Puerto Rico

My family of 5 including our 3 sons, ages 24, 21 and 18 stayed in Richard's vacation rental 2 weeks ago. From my initial and continued communication with Richard, everything went great. The unit had everything we needed, including extra sheets, towels and beach towels plus a washer/dryer. The biggest reason we booked this unit is because the entire unit is air-conditioned. Most of the other properties I reviewed in PR only have A/C in the bedrooms. There's no way my family would have been able to go without their being AC in the living areas. And while the unit itself isn't oceanfront, the property is. We loved exploring Rincon and found the Puerto Rican people to be extremely warm and friendly. Working with Richard was extremely easy; he was very responsive to answering all my emails and texts and I ask a lot of questions. He even accommodated me changing my vacation weeks when I had trouble getting flights. He sent us an email before our trip that gave us a bunch of different sights to see during our stay and he even mailed me some old maps of PR that he had. And, our security deposit was refunded within a few days upon our return. Thanks Richard for a Great Vacation:)

Fantastic condo in amazing location!

Our family of four had the most wonderful stay at Luna Playa. One word captures the essence of our relaxation: hammocks! The large covered terrace was where we spent the majority of our time while in the condo, and we took turns relaxing in both hammocks while feeling the cool breeze. The condo is perfectly appointed with all the amenities you could need - we especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for our use on the incredible beach. The condo is comfortable and spacious and situated at a gorgeous beach, and the town of Rincon with all its delightful shops and restaurants is just 5 minutes away by car. We hope to return some day! Thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful

We had a great time in this beautiful condo! Everything was perfect! Playa y sol condos surpassed our expectations , every detail of the condo is well taken of. Not only the condo also the surroundings. At night all you heard was the sweet sounds of coquis. We also really enjoyed the outdoor space the condo has. We have been visiting Rincon for 10 years and fell in love with the area and the people. It is definitely NOT San Juan, much more relaxed with a great vibe. We finally took the plunge and bought our own place, outfitting it as if we were living there ourselves and what we would want in a vacation rental. While we live most of the year in Maryland, we visit Rincon as much as we can and have made some great friends. We love it!

We fell in love with this property when we saw it. We had wanted a house but this condo is HUGE, safe, with great amenities and the complex is right on the beach. What made the decision easy was the 27 x 27 outdoor living room on the second level. Great for relaxing, reading, BBQ or dining. Two additional porches give everyone a place to have their own private time.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Unlike most properties, where only the bedrooms have A/C our condo is FULLY AIR CONDITIONED in all the common areas as well.
