☀ Kid-friendly: We have one complimentary Pack & Play + Bassinet available at the home. We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you`d need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. Please inquire for the custom link to set up your order and receive your special discount!

☀ The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. There is an approved decibel monitor inside living room on wall near dining room table. It only measures sound and not what anyone is saying. This is only to prevent large parties that would disturb the community. Both will be on during your stay.

☀The home includes two parking spaces in the private driveway

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.

☀ Reservations booked for 28 days or more will require additional screening process, security deposit and supplemental lease agreement to approve reservation.

☀ All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligable. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 people.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.

3) Quiet hours 9pm-8am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) Maximum 2 dogs allowed on the property. $250 pet fee for the first pet and $150 for the second pet. No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.

10) No glass bottles near hot tub. No sand/dirt/ grass allowed in spa. Please rinse off prior to using. Additional cleaning fees will apply if spa requires additional cleaning or draining. There shall be a minimum fine of $500 for this violation.

11) Only 3 cars max is allowed per reservation. 2 cars in driveway and 1 in front of house. You`re not allowed to park more than the allowed parking on the street to respect the neighbors

12) All reservations are subject to a non-refundable 8% credit card processing fee even if reservation is refund-eligable. (NOT APPLICABLE TO AIRBNB GUESTS)


Any violations of the house rules are subject to a minimum $500 fine with Host’s rights to cancel reservation and immediate removal from property with no refund.

*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.

Guest give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest`s identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Occupancy Agreement (“Agreement”) made between the following:
Guest: (“Guest”), and
Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host located at: (the “Premises.)

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00 AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host`s prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests.
