This spacious retreat features 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families, couples, or small groups. The open-concept living area is bright and airy, with large windows that showcase sweeping views of the surrounding hills and distant lake. There is also a large game room in the basement along with a couch that does pull out to make one more double bed.

Step outside onto the upstairs deck to soak in the fresh air and enjoy picture-perfect sunsets.

• Occupancy is limited to the number of registered guests on the reservation.
• Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with an additional fee of $25 per person, per night after 6 guests.

HOT TUB RULES & SAFETY NOTICE
Use at Your Own Risk
The host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or health issues related to hot tub use.

DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE HOT TUB
• No soaps
• No oils
• No bubbles
• No bath bombs
• No detergents
• No lotions
• No food
• No drinks
• No child swim diapers
Doing so will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Our hot tub is treated for your safety — please help keep it clean and ready for the next guest! If your stay is longer than 2 nights we will perform a check on the hot tub to make sure it is all fresh for your entire stay. We will only have the hot tub until January 31st this year. It will be removed from the listing after that.

Health & Safety
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
• Pregnant individuals or guests with health concerns should consult a doctor before use.
• Limit each session to 15 minutes.

No Glass or Sharp Objects
• Use only plastic or metal containers near the tub.
• Broken glass is a serious safety hazard.

No Alcohol or Drugs
• Do not use the hot tub while intoxicated or under the influence.

Keep It Covered
• Always replace the cover when not in use.
• This prevents heat loss and keeps the tub clean and safe.

Respect the Equipment
• Improper use, contamination, or damage to the hot tub will result in additional cleaning or repair charges.

FIREPLACE SAFETY
The glass on the gas fireplace can get hot during and after use. Children must be supervised at all times when the fireplace is on or cooling down. Adults are responsible for ensuring that children do not touch or play near the fireplace. Please use with care.

OUTDOOR SECURITY CAMERAS
We have 1 ring doorbell camera outside at the front door that monitors the front door and sidewalk for security purposes. The camera does record a 7 second video with audio when there is movement outside in front of it.
There is a storage building on the property about 50 yards behind the house that is rented to a third party. Occasionally the renter will be down there also.
