The home’s private, screened-in balcony overlooks the lush community grounds, a picturesque spot for quiet mornings with your first few sips of morning coffee, dining al fresco, or enjoying an evening cocktail at the end of long days exploring. Step indoors to find fresh, modern interiors accented by contemporary furnishings and beach-chic décor, the soothing cool tones promoting peace and relaxation. The living room offers plush sofa and armchair seating along with a smart TV for keeping up with episodes of your favorite shows even while away. The open floorplan organically flows into the dining area, the chic table seating 7 for formal meals and family game nights alike. The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to create delicious meals right at home, with sparkling granite countertops and sleek cabinetry making preparation and storage a breeze. Grab a high-top stool at the counter to assist in the planning or to grab a quick breakfast before heading back out the door towards adventure.



This home sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, TV, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a TV.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for up to 2 vehicles.



HOUSE RULES:

• This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.

• Pets of any kind are not allowed. You will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.

• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

• Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund.



Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts.

Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.



For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. The Neighborhood:

This home is located in Bahama Bay Resort, a prime location with all the major theme parks being a quick drive away; Walt Disney World (7.6 miles), Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), Universal Studios (20.5 miles), Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22.1 miles), and SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 7.5 miles away.

The clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) are not available to guests of this rental.
