Venture Out charges a $125 registration/check-in fee upon arrival (subject to change). Parking is provided for one vehicle per unit, and an additional permit may be available for a nightly fee depending on availability. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and overnight occupancy is limited to six people who must be registered with both the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Up to two dogs are allowed per lot. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless alternate arrangements are made with the Rental Manager in advance.

A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The main guest must submit a copy of their driver's license and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
