WOLF POINT CABIN - (formerly known as Bullfrog cabin)
Nestled in the woods, Wolf Point Cabin is a place where the world slows and nature takes center stage. Inside, the cabin is warm and inviting, its wooden walls holding the essence of quiet solitude. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath with lake views from the deck. There is an electric fireplace in the living area, fire pit outside.

The kitchen has a fridge, oven/stove, microwave, regular drip coffee maker with Keurig, crockpot, and blender. Everything you need for family meals! Eat at the dining table, kitchen bar, or outside dining table and chairs.

HIGHLIGHTS:
Deck with seating and charcoal grill, firepit, outdoor and indoor games, hammock, hiking trail, electric fireplace, walk to White Birch Lake access with boat slip, kayaks, and canoes available for guest use, Wifi and Streaming TV.

Main Level Bedroom #1 - Queen Bed (tan room)
Main Level Bedroom #2 - Double Bed (green room)

We also manage "Harlequin Haven" and "Rustic Fawn Cabin" neighboring this cabin if you have a larger group looking for additional accommodations.

DOG FRIENDLY:
This cabin is dog-friendly! We allow a max of 2 dogs. The pet fee for one (1) dog is $40/night or $250/week. The pet fee for two (2) dogs is $75/night or $450/week. Just select the pet option and leave a note when making your reservation if you will bring 1 or 2 dogs so we can adjust the pet fee, if needed. Pets MUST be crated if left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guests are responsible for their pets while on the property, including any damage caused by them.

LAKES:
The cabin is nestled in the Northern Highland State Forest with access to both White Birch Lake and Ballard Lake. This chain of lakes offers a gorgeous lake setting for nature lovers and sport fishermen alike. White Birch Lake is a 113-acre lake with a depth of 27 feet. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, and Walleye. The lake's water clarity is very clear. Ballard Lake is a 503-acre lake with a depth of 25 feet. The lake's water is moderately clear. Visitors have access to both lakes from a public boat landing with a boat slip near the cabin. PLEASE NOTE: the cabin is not directly on the lake. It is a 5-minute walk to the lake and corresponding boat slip. There is no swimming access. The boat landing is accessed on Ballard Lake. Guests bringing a boat will launch there and then navigate from Ballard, through the channel, and over to White Birch Lake. (Please let us know if you will be bringing a boat on your trip. We have limited boat slip space and need to confirm those details with you before arrival.)

TRAILS:
ATV/UTV riders can cover a variety of terrain in the area, from paved roads to dirt routes. Enjoy hiking in the nearby Nicolet National Forest or biking on the WinMan Trails. Check out the "Map It Vilas County Trails App" to navigate all the trail systems for any sport - snowmobiling, ATVing, cross-country skiing, biking, and hiking.

THE AREA:
The cabin is located 10 min to Boulder Junction, 15 min to Sayner, and 30 min to St. Germain, Minocqua, Manitowish Waters, and Eagle River. The cabin is amongst the White Birch Village Resort, but it does NOT have access to the resort amenities.

GOOD TO KNOW:
The cabin is not directly on the lake. It is a 5-minute walk to the lake and corresponding boat slip. There is no swimming access in the boat slip area.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
Summer 2026 - Booking 7-Night min stays only (Saturday to Saturday) from June 13 - Aug 15, 2026
Spring / Fall 2026 - Booking 2-Night min stays from May 15 - June 12 and Aug 16 - Sept 27 (excluding holiday weekends)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy applicable to the specific booking platform on which they made their reservation. Guests are encouraged to review the cancellation terms and conditions provided by the booking platform at the time of booking and familiarize themselves with the specific terms and conditions applicable to their reservation. For example, if booking through Airbnb, VRBO, , and other similar OTA sites.

When booking directly through us on our Vacation Rental Collective website a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
