Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that your construction crew found the house and property great. I always want my guests to have an amazing stay, which is why the house is thoroughly inspected and meticulously cleaned after every guest's stay. Before your crew stayed there, all linens, including all washcloths and blankets, were accounted for. After your crew left, there was a orange washcloth and a blanket missing. I contacted you to see if your crew had accidently packed them with their belongings. After not receiving a response from you after 3 days, you were charged the replacement fee for those items. After your crew left, the cleaner noticed that the blinds weren't in working order, but they were fixable and didn't need to be replaced, so you weren't charged for them.

Hi Joe, Thank you for the compliments on the home's cleanliness, comfort, and well-stocked kitchen. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and I hope it was a lovely wedding weekend! We do highlight our location as being "minutes from the Montrose Regional Airport" in our listing description as a major convenience for our guests. Because the home is well-insulated, noise is rarely an issue, but we are sorry to hear it impacted your stay. Thank you also for alerting us to the BBQ. Our area has been having some wind storms lately, and we have sent our team to check it out and make sure it is in great shape for future guests. Regarding the iron, our listed amenities have never inlcuded an iron/ironing board, but we do provide a high-quality garment steamer. When you and your guests requested an iron and board, our property manager did her absolute best to drop everything and deliver one to you right away so you could prepare for the wedding. We apologize that the last-minute accommodation wasn't ideal for your needs, but we always strive to fulfill last-minute requests whenever humanly possible.
