This is a large comfortable 3 bedroom house with a Partial Ocean View .The house is a short 2 minute walk to the beach. A few minute drive to Store or Shops Restaurant's and Docks. One of the Best Locations for a Vacation by the Sea .

With a large living room to relax and visit you will feel at home . Lots of seating so everyone is comfortable . Big Front Windows to look out with Up & Down Blinds , they are so handy . A 32 ' Smart T V . Basic cable and Wi Fi of course . Movies and DVD at the house for you to use but you can use your own accounts with this T V also .

We have a large kitchen with everything for cooking your meals . Bring whatever. you want to cook . We have a Crab pot if you're lucky enough to catch a few . Most seasonings are there use them as needed . We try to stock the basic but you never know what might be there so check around 1st . BBQ on the back patio check garage for briquettes .

We have the 1st bedroom setup with a Queen Bed, 2nd Bedroom with a Queen Bed, 3rd is a Double Bed . Our upstairs Bonus Room has a Twin bed also we have a Twin Trundle Bed up there . Books puzzles and games too . A large living room has a brand new Queen size sofa sleeper the[Tan one ].

We have a fully fenced back yard. Great for the pets to run around. Please do not leave pets unattented at any time . Pick up pet waste . Please bring your pets towel for feet and after the beach . Also note : NO PETS ON ANY FURNITURE OR BEDS!! FEES WILL INCURE !!!! A 50.00 fee for Pet 's Misbehavior.

You can hang out in the wind blocked garage. The 2nd Bath is in the garage. If you come back from Crabbing or fishing or have a lot of guest , it comes in handy . 2 is Better than 1 with Bathrooms . Has a heater to keep you warm when showering too . We have 2 water heaters so both baths have hot water . Please bring your personal bath items with you ,shampoo soap ect .
Don't forget the Beach is a 2m walk from our front door. You can feel at home here at our Beach House because it is not fancy Just comfy cosy . Listen to the waves crash on the beach . Fog horn is off in the distance so no losing sleep by it going off .
Our guest enjoy this location as much as we do . So come and enjoy our clean cute place by the beach. It's close to the cute town of Bandon and Quaint little stores. So close to the beach to take a stroll at sunrise and sunset. Please come and enjoy our Ocean View Beach House with everything you need . Thank you for reading about our listed home by the Sea

I can never say enough good things about staying here. The house has a cozy at home feeling and the backyard is wonderful for my dog. Sue if you ever decide to sell this house I will be first in line to buy it.

A wonderful place to stay. Sue was was excellent as the host and made us feel very welcome as guests here and was alway available to answer our guestions. In fact I enoyed my stay here so much that I bought a house in Bandon a few miles away. Thanks Sue for helping to make this such a great experience.

Thanks Bennett & Sue for sharing this home with us. We had plenty of space with comfortable seating, short walk to cliff trails and stairs to the beach. Our family had a wonderful time enjoying Old Town, having Fish & Chips, great espresso along with some of the best cinnamon rolls.This was our 1st trip to the Oregon Coast but won't be our last. Thanks again

As always this is a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful home and literally a walk across the street to the beach. Definitely planning my next stay.

Nice though some improvements are needed. Two inside bathrooms would be nice for a property that can accommodate so many people. Going out to the garage in the middle of the night was a little scary

Very clean and well stocked with all kitchen items. Second bedroom in the garage is a little inconvenient but still useful. Close proximity to the beach. No view but very walkable. Comfortable furniture

Very comfortable, well stocked with tissue, kitchen supplies, kitchen appliances, clocks, movies, towels and bedding. Clean, quiet, private, fun 80's retro vibe. Great to have second bathroom! Upstairs so fun, even for our 24 yr old :-) Comfortable beds too! We could have used a couple of portable fans for ventilation. The set up for vcr/dvd was pretty crazy, we had a tough time getting it to work, but had some techy folks with us so it was all good. Wouldn't normally be a priority but it was raining, ha!

amazing home- fun for all :) excellent view

property and house were amazing! the shower/bath in the garage was a little weird at first. it turned out in the end to be the favorite spot - private, quiet , peaceful, and away from the activities inside the home :) children had so much fun in their own privacy hangout up stairs. views of the beach and the sunsets were also fabulous. everyone did not want to leave at check out. even the dog wanted to stay :) lol

A home away from home.

I've stayed here many times and it's always excellent. Cosy house with fenced yard so my dog can run free. Love being so close to the ocean. Already planning my next visit in November.

A great time at the beach

Several of us came to Bandon for a change of pace and to experience Circles in the Sand. Location was great! House was well equipped and comfortable. It was nice and quiet.

Wonderful Location

This location was outstanding. Like advertised, a two minute walk to the beach with sea stacks, and a very short drive to Old Bandon. House was clean, private, well equipped and comfortable.

Our stay

The house is more spacious than it appeared on the site. The furnishings are quite comfortable and the kitchen space quite useful. The decor is very beachy. We had a grandtime.

Best place to stay

Have stayed here many times and always wonderful. This home is lovely and just across the street from the ocean. Love having the doggie door so my dog can go in and out anytime. Highly recommend to anyone.

Great location!

The house is a short walk from the stairs to the beach, county park and city park. Short drive (or walk) to downtown restaurants and shops. Thanks for being dog friendly, they enjoyed the fenced back yard.

So when He first purchased the Beach House his thought was to try and retire here someday. It use to be a rental. But it is hard to come and enjoy ourselves when the house is occupied with tenants. So the "Vacation Rental By Owner" sounded like a way we can have our family and friends and folks like you get enjoy our Beach Home. We know you will have a great time in Bandon . It is a quaint little town that you can feel at home . Whether you are strolling the shops in town or walking the beach or golfing one of the many courses there will be something for everyone to do. Everyone loves Bandon.

Location ,Location ,Location! Sits a block away from the beach that is famous for its rock formations. The walking paths around Coquille Point offer views of the coast and the Coquille Lighthouse. We just love all the different beaches and their easy access. Bullard's, Face Rock, Seven Devils. These are just a few . All of the town events like 4th of July, Cranberry festival, Christmas light on the Boardwalk are a delight to see. Don't forget the golf in this town. Any time of year is time to come to Bandon . Some like the cooler summer some like the winter storms . The festivals are always fun events to attend. Whatever your likes you can find it here in our little town of Bandon . Check out our Beach House and see if it fits your needs . We have a great spot with nothing too fancy so we are a great for most family and friends . Our old House is unique so you might find some faults to overlook. We are not perfect , we are in progress of improving all the time . If you want High End features we are not for you .

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

He fell in love with this home for it's location and spacious living with peeks of the ocean. From the doorstep to the Beach is a two minute walk ! That alone is enough for me to stay . The bonus room is a fun space . Bonus Room has board games and books for the kids. Along with 3 twin beds . 3 queen beds downstairs along with a Double bed . We have One parking spot for a Car in the garage. Plenty of additional parking out front for RV's and other vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.. We also have a fenced in backyard for your best friends or the [four legged ones ] Large house for family and friends at a great price . Quite Unique indeed but not perfect yet .
