Welcome to Ark on Lake Lanier, a premiere family reunion and corporate retreat location in north Georgia! This huge estate is perfect for your family reunions, corporate retreats, executive getaways, multi-family gatherings, church retreats, board meetings and more.

We have put countless hours into creating this little piece of heaven on the shores of Lake Lanier. You can see more at Heaven On The Lake Dot Com. Our outdoor space includes a pool, hot tub, huge fire pit, full size professional volleyball court, mobile pickleball court, tether ball, gaga pit and hundreds of feet of shoreline with our own private double decker party dock with room for your boats and jet skis. Kayaks and paddle boards await your presence to go and test out the waters and boats and jet skis can be rented.

This multi million dollar property includes an 12,000 sq ft. home along with 3 cabins and a poolhouse and there is property wide high speed WIFI. There are 17 Smart TVs in every bedroom and cabin. We worked with one of Atlanta's top designers to create a 5 star luxurious experience. The main house has 10 bedrooms and 9 full baths. The main floor has 2 kitchens. One is a professional kitchen for the chef in the family, while the other services a guest suite. The great room overlooks the lake, has a large flat screen tv, and a pool/ping pong table. The dining room table seats 12 comfortably and can easily add another table and chairs. There are additional tables and chairs to seat up to 50 on the large 50x50 screened porch, which also can be enclosed and has brand new ceiling heaters to keep it warm during the cooler months.

There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms on this floor.

The second den connects to a covered porch. Steps away is an 8 foot wide stone firepit that overlooks the pool and lake. It burns real wood, but has a gas starter for convenience. The basement has 2 BR and a full Bath. One room has 2 twin beds and the other has two king beds.

Upstairs you will find a 16 seat professional home theater with a 120 inch movie screen with the nicest theater chairs on the market. Netflix, DVDs, Amazon Prime, or Charter/Spectrum cable await you. There are 6 BR/4 BA upstairs, including a master suite with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and three 6 foot windows that overlook the beautiful back yard and lake. The other master suite has four built in bunks in the room beside it. The main laundry room is upstairs, but there are two other ones on the property as well.

There are three cabins, each having a separate entry, den, small fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. The garage cabin is two steps from the main house, just on the breezeway and has 2 bedrooms sharing one bathroom. It has a queen bed and four built in bunk beds. Kathy’s cabin is a one bedroom “honeymoon” cabin with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The barn cabin is one large bedroom with five twin beds, one queen bed and a pull out sofa downstairs, all sharing one bathroom.

The poolhouse is screened in and has a full size fridge, microwave, ice maker, bathroom and two outdoor showers. The back yard and lake views are seen from most rooms and the back yard is flat for the kids to play. There are three main outdoor decks to relax in and each one has plenty of ceiling fans to keep you cool in the summer and heaters to keep you warm in the winter. We are located in a quiet cove and surrounded by 15 acres of corps protected land, so it is very quiet. Enjoy fishing off the double deck party dock, or rent jet skis, pontoon boat, or ski boat at the nearby marina or from one of our vendors. We have two jet ski platforms and a place to tie your boat up.

Lake, pool, hot tub, home theater, pool table, gaga ball, tether ball, volleyball court, lodge setting...this is the place to host your family reunion or group get together. Gather as a group or break away into small conversations in our many sitting areas and outdoor seating. This is ideal for a smaller corporate retreat or executive gathering. Boards and leadership teams are welcome.

Please note: We do not rent cabins separately. When you rent, you get the entire facility, including the three cabins. We are not set up as a bed and breakfast, so please don't ask about renting cabins separately or renting part of the house. You get it all.

We are in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. This is not the place for your loud party or events.

There are floor plans to use for planning purposes located on Ark on Lake Lanier dot com. Will consider stays of any length but primarily rent for full weeks in the summer and three night minimums during the spring and fall. More info at largelakehomesdotcom.
