Villa Las Arenas is a recently renovated, eight-bedroom, neoclassical, southern antebellum style, single-family mansion within the Punta Cana Resort and Golf Club in the Province of La Altagracia on the eastern Caribbean coast of the Dominican Republic. The location is only a few minutes’ drive from the Punta Cana International Airport, which has over 60 flights per day arriving from all over the world.

The 13,000 square foot (1200 sq. meters) single-family home complex was built in 2008 for a member of the British royal family and is privately situated on a 2-acre eco-sensitive property. The recently renovated and upgraded compound is comprised of three buildings: the central main house, the guest house and the staff house. The central main home has a spacious, classically furnished living room, and an exquisitely decorated formal dining room. On the ground floor of the main house there are four king-size bedrooms with private baths, central dining room and bar. Artfully decorated interior and exterior terraces on the ground floor offer views of the pool, beautifully landscaped gardens and the crystal blue Caribbean Sea, beyond.

Upon entering the main courtyard of Las Arenas, the visitor views the guest house to the east, appointed with 4 bedrooms, two of which have twin beds and one with a child’s crib. All bedrooms in the tropically inspired decorated guest house have their own full baths and terraces. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and air conditioning as well as wi-fi network.

To the western side of the courtyard is the kitchen, laundry and staff residence. The vehicle parking area is located behind staff residence.

The full-time Villa staff is comprised of five highly-skilled professionals; the cook, the housekeeper, waitress and gardener and our full-time concierge service will fulfill all your needs.

All food from our eclectic menu is prepared at Las Arenas by our award-winning chef, Dorca. Our competent, full-time staff will serve you at the time and place of your choice. Additional choices for spirits, wine and beer are available locally, procured and served by our staff, at additional cost to you.

Also, optionally, you may choose to acquire your own grocery provisions at the nearby market to be prepared and served at Las Arenas. Our full-time staff is at your service!

Our concierge will work closely with you prior to arrival to customize your dining experience for you and your guests. Optionally, there are eight excellent restaurants within the resort to satisfy a wide variety of gastronomical expectations, with more dining options located in Punta Cana village, including international cuisine.

Each day your bedroom will be regularly cleaned and in the evening your beds turned down. All laundry will be collected each morning and returned the same day washed and ironed. If to your liking, the refreshment bar is set up at noon and again in the early evening for your choices before dinner.

Just a short golf cart ride away, there are four championship golf courses, Corales and La Cana, designed by T. Fazio and P.B. Dye. If you are a tennis lover, six beautifully situated courts are also available within the resort. Lawn croquet is a fun way to spend a lazy afternoon on the lush green lawns of the property.

A five-minute walk will lead you to a gorgeous, three-mile long, white sandy beach gently kissing the crystal blue Caribbean Sea. At the end of the beach, by the La Choza restaurant, you will find a complete water sports center for diving, kayaking, sailing, and deep-sea fishing excursions. Also located on the beach, is the famous Punta Cana Resort Ecological Foundation Reserve, with 1500 acres of nature preserve featuring pristine fresh water lagoons for a cooling swim. The reserve also a boasts a small zoo populated with indigenous animal life and an organic farm. Walking down the beach in the opposite direction, toward Playa Blanca beach, there is a kite-surfing school, widely used by kite-surfing enthusiasts, where ideal wind conditions exist, most of the year.

The international renowned spa Six Senses Spa is practically on your doorstep. This tropically exotic facility features Thai, Vietnamese and Shiatsu massage for individuals or couples, a beauty room, and treatment rooms ideal for couples. Each has its own relaxation area and steam room. Two outdoor treatment suites are surrounded by an herb garden and tropical plantings with private baths. As part of the spa's holistic focus, beauty and pampering treatments, hydrotherapy, yoga, Pilates, reiki and meditation are also offered.
