This home has everything you need to truly relax with your family and friends. Within the property, you'll find a newly remodeled tasteful decor and an inviting, open floor plan. The living room has a comfy new L-sectional sofa, chair, and a flatscreen TV. The dining room offers a table for six, and the remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and granite countertops. Fully stocked and ready for your meal preparation. Other highlights include high-speed WiFi, smart TVs and ceiling fans in all rooms - all just steps away from the beach and the boardwalk. The bedroom 1 is complete with a brand new king bed, private bath, ceiling fan, desk/ chair and flatscreen TV and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 is furnished with a brand new queen size bed, ceiling fan and flatscreen TV.
Bedroom 3 is furnished with two queen beds, ceiling fan and flatscreen TV. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom.
The private washer/dryer room
In unit are ready to satisfy any laundry needs you may have.
Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and two beach cruisers are available for use.
The two car garage (side by side) makes easy access to the unit. Once you park your cars, you will never need it again!
Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster - all within walking distance.
Mission Beach is just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego. Best of all, you'll be 17 steps from the ocean and sand! 17 steps to the sand!

* Garage - 2 separate garages which can fit up to 2 cars.
* Each Garage dimensions:
19’ D x 6’ 5” H x 8’10” W
* Larger vehicle should park on the east side
garage.
Things to know:
* This home is on the 2nd floor with residents living in the upper unit and lower unit. You could hear noise and movement from the other units.
* This home is monitored by exterior RING surveillance cameras.
* This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
Bars, restaurants and active nightlife are in close proximity and you may hear noise.
EXCESSIVE CLEANUP. If the Property qualifies for a “deep clean” due to excessive wear and tear
or damages from your Rental Term, a fee of $500 (“Excessive Cleanup Fee”) shall be charged at
the end of the Rental Term. This includes significantly soiled linens due to self-tanning products,
bronzer, body makeup, dirt, sand, etc. The Excessive Cleanup Fee may be deducted from the
Security Deposit.
SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Property is Prohibited. If guests smoke on the property,
they will forfeit their security deposit. If the guests continue to smoke after being reminded of
the policy, they can be asked to leave the premises, forfeiting all rents paid and the security
deposit.
NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS. The guests may only host members of their registered party in
the condo. There will be no unauthorized guests or parties. Hosting an unauthorized party will
result in the forfeiture of the rent and security deposit and could include immediate removal
from property.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT. The total number of individuals staying on the Property during the Rental
Term shall be a maximum 8 adults and/or children.. The rental rate is based on this maximum
occupancy. Based on representations by the Guest, this Rental Term will consist of no more
than the occupants listed on the first page of this agreement. Occupancy exceeding the
number of guests listed above is a breach of this Agreement and may be subject to immediate
termination by the Host, required immediate departure of all guests, with no refund of rent or
deposit.
QUIET HOURS. During the Rental Term the Guest agrees to abide by the following Quiet Hours.
Quiet hours are 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. each night. Quiet hours consist of no loud noise and
keeping all noise at a minimum level.
QUIET ENJOYMENT. Please treat our condo like your home. The Guest, along with their party
and neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company in a quiet and respectful manner. The Guest is
expected to behave in a respectable manner and shall be a good neighbor to any residents
within the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by violation of Quiet Hours. This home is on the 2nd floor stairs to enter.
