This property is centrally located in the heart of Coronado Village, 1/2 block to the beach, and across the street from the famed Hotel Del Coronado, Coronado Yacht Club and the Coronado Community Center.

Walk to nearby restaurants and shops as well as the Coronado Community Center which boasts swimming pools, tennis, exercise rooms, fitness classes, and more all open to the public.

The unit has everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable: fully equipped kitchen (including Keurig coffee maker), king-sized bed in master bedroom and an ensuite bathroom, 2 flat screen HDTVs, in-unit washer and dryer, internet, covered parking, and fully furnished (Linens, bedding, bath towels, hand towels, iron, ironing board provided.)

Wonderful Views!

A great stay a block away from the Hotel Del. Wonderful view of the Glorietta Bay. Everything is walkable including the beach and dining. Perfect for couples or relaxing retreat for one.
Sand dollar on the beach.
Starfish at low tide.
Sunsets are amazing!
Coronado Beach.

A Little Slice of Heaven

This is a small 1 bed/1bath apartment located in one of the most desirable and safe areas of Southern California. It is one floor above steet level accessible by a stairway. Almost everything is within walking distance i.e, beach, shore, The Del, golf, groceries, shops, restaurants, muni center, bike paths etc. The unit is perfect for two, tastefully and comfortably furnished (not "posh"), with good quality linens and appliances, and basically everything one needs for a perfect get away. It is free of personal clutter, clean, and well maintained . The owners are very communicative, responsive, and easy to work. One inside off the street garage parking space (located below the unit at street level) is assigned. The front deck is shared with one adjacent unit and perfect for watching the harbor festivities including boats, bikers, walkers. It is furnished with a comfy cushioned bench (for your exclusive use), a side table and umbrella for the morning sunshine. The deck is shady in the afternoons. The grounds are immaculate with pleasant gardens. Neighbors are quiet, but these apartments are located on a very busy street with much daytime traffic noise, but early mornings and late afternoons quiet down. There is very little if any noise during sleep hours. I cannot see how anyone would have anything less than a perfect stay here.

Great location, but very noisy.

Nice view of Glorietta Bay and close proximity to the Hotel Del. It really is a super location in Coronado. The host, Theresa, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The downside was the very noisy people in the unit above. They were heavy walkers. You could hear their dog running back and forth. They were doing construction type work in the unit for most of our 2 month stay. The street in front of the unit is also very noisy and that made it unpleasant to leave the sliding glass door open for much of the day.

Home from home

We stayed for all of November on a much delayed trip from the UK, originally planned for early 2020. The wait was worth it. The apartment is fantastic for 2 people. Very clean, well presented, all the amenities you need and a great location opposite the marina. Contact with Theresa for the booking was easy and the arrival instructions arrived on time. Very easy process. We exchanged a few messages during our stay and all were answered promptly - no issues with the apartment, just me checking on the US postal service and a couple of other things. It really did feel like a home from home and was exactly what we wanted for our stay.

Beautiful Bay Views

Impressive condo: clean, attractive and well-stocked. We had front row seats to 4th of July fireworks and it’s an easy walk to the Hotel Del, the beach and the village. Theresa was responsive and cordial throughout the stay. We’ve spent many years visiting Coronado and would love to return to this property!

Perfect Coronado apartment for 2

Knowing the area well, we love this apartment and location. It's perfect for two persons, one flight of stairs access, great harbor view. It's walkable to beach, Orange Avenue restaurants, shops and other sights. Theresa, the owner, was very welcoming and responsive to questions and concerns.

Glorious Glorietta Bay

The location of this apt. was perfect for us as we loved going to the Del Coronado Hotel just to walk around , and the beach there is wonderful. I hate leaving . The apt has everything you’ll need and was clean and well equipped.The bay is across the street , but the one drawback is that the street can be very busy. That’s the reason for the 4 stars in just that one area. The bedroom stays very quiet for sleeping though with a comfy King sized bed. I want to come back here - you can walk to everything - tons of restaurants and shops , and of course the beach . Theresa was great to work with - always got back to me in a short time . I recommend this nice apartment and the price for CORONADO was reasonable .

Wonderful Coronado Vacation!

What can I say except that my husband and I had a fabulous month in this lovely Coronado condo! It was EXACTLY as the photos depicted - super clean, updated furniture, super comfy king size bed that was beautifully appointed, lots of storage, plus everything you’d need in a kitchen for cooking. The condo faces a fabulous view of Glorietta Bay right across the street. We loved watching the sailboats come and go....so pretty . Another bonus is the wonderful location. Literally right across the street from the Hotel Del and the beach, plus an easy walk to restaurants and shops on Orange Ave. We walked every morning and most evenings, did some biking on the path & kayaking in the bay plus enjoyed some time hanging at the Del, too. Our host Theresa was beyond wonderful to work with - quick to answer any questions by text. She always wanted to make sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed and that we were having a good time. We are booking again next year and can’t wait!

"Winter in Coronado"

We enjoyed spending 3 months in this unit. Accommodations were as pictured. Very clean. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Bed is very comfortable. Enjoyed many sunrises from our unit. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable, well designed unit perfect for two people.

Great location in Coronado with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, golf and tennis. Unit has a beautiful view of Glorietta Bay. There is some traffic noise in daytime but not a detriment to an enjoyable stay. Owners were easy to work with and the unit well equipped and clean.

We enjoyed the property

The property was very clean & had excellent bedding & bath towels. The view of the sailboats & bay was so wonderful. We are from the desert so enjoyed watching the Wednesday sailing lessons. The walk to the beach & town were very easy.

The perfect place for a holiday!

We loved this apartment. We often got up before dawn to watch the sky begin to lighten over the bay and distant mountains. Sitting in the living room we could watch as streaks of gold and pink spread across the horizon, illuminating the clouds with glorious color before the ball of the sun crested and the colors faded. Later in the morning we could sit on the balcony in the warmth of the sun. We enjoyed the cyclists and joggers passing on the bike path, boats entering and leaving the bay and the activity along the water's edge. There is a little park directly across the street, next to the yacht club where people walk their dogs and sit in the sun. The condo contained everything we needed for our two month stay. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals. The bed is comfortable and everything was pristine. There is a lot of closet space and all the amenities that anyone could need. Coronado is a charming little city with dozens of restaurants, shops, parks, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are no high rise buildings which adds to the feeling of a village. It has broad streets, courteous drivers, well kept parks and lush landscaping wherever one looks. It is easy to get a bus or ferry into San Diego and all that it has to offer, museums, theater, music, and even a trolley to the Mexican border. The owners were helpful and responsive whenever we contacted them. It was perhaps our very best Homeaway stay ever.

Cannot beat the location at Coronado is excellent : Can walk to Del Coronado Hotel Beach; Good restaurants close by; Golf available at Coronado or Admiral Baker courses at reasonable(California standard) rates; Helpful owners; Traffic noise in Coronado is unavoidable ( the only downside to the Rental); just as good or better than the Hotel Del Coronado and less expensive.

Best location!

The condo was clean and cozy with an amazingly comfortable king sized bed, a useful kitchen, and comfy area to relax in between our walks on the beach. Walking distance to everything and a great view of boats coming in and out of the marina. Hosts made it so easy to check in and out. Will be returning in September!!

Lovely vacation rental in Coronado

We stayed in this lovely condo in January and couldn't have been more pleased. The property has been recently remodeled and everything was brand new and clean. The location was very convenient because we spent a lot time across the street at the Hotel Del. The view of Glorietta Bay was spectacular. We would definitely rent this property again!

Perfect in Every Way!

What can I say but WOW! This condo is amazing. My husband and I have been renting on Coronado for 10+ years and this is one of the nicest condos todate! The location is perfect, the view is amazing and the furnishings were top notch! It had everything we needed and more. Having a stacked washer dryer in the unit was awesome. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a keurig coffee system (my fav). The owners were a pleasure to work with as well! We defiantly will be back again next year - Thank you Theresa for sharing your wonderful piece of Coronado with us!

Fabulous Location!

Great location with a full view into Glorietta Bay and a 1 block walk to Hotel Del and Coronado Beach! Very clean condo with new appliances and fully remodeled kitchen. We look forward to our next stay!
