Deckside Haven offers the cozy comfort of a park model camper with an incredible outdoor living space made for relaxing, dining, and enjoying your Lake Barkley getaway. With a large 1,000 sq. ft. covered deck, outdoor dining space, and room to unwind, this unit is perfect for families who want both indoor comfort and plenty of outdoor space.

Complimentary Dock Slip
One complimentary dock slip is included with your lodging stay. The dock slip must be reserved separately when booking by selecting the complimentary dock slip add-on and providing your boat size.
Resort Amenities Included
During your stay, guests can enjoy access to Holiday Hills Resort amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool, 2 playgrounds, pavilion, private boat ramp, dock slips, basketball, volleyball, 3-hole frisbee golf, lakeside swim area, camp store, Stoval Springs Cafe Coffee, and resort activities or themed weekends when available.
Additional rentals may be available, including golf cart rentals, boat rentals, and kayak rentals.

Cabin Comfort Starter Kit
To help get your stay started, each cabin includes:
Coffee filters, 3 trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, salt pepper, canola spray oil, Dawn dish soap, 1 scrubbing sponge, Lysol spray, and Lysol wipes.
Please remember to bring your own towels for the pool and lake.
Pet-Friendly Stay
Deckside Haven is pet-friendly, so your furry family members are welcome to join your Lake Barkley getaway. The large covered deck includes porch gates to help keep pets contained while you enjoy the outdoor living and dining space.
Pets are allowed in our lodging units with a pet fee of $40 per stay, per pet. The pet fee can be added to online bookings as an add-on item.
If we are not notified that you have pets during your stay, an additional $150 cleaning fee per pet, plus the additional per pet, per stay cost, will be charged after checkout.
