This entire rental unit accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. Room-darkening shades support restful sleep, and 2 bathrooms help keep mornings easy and unhurried for couples, friends, or small families.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



Important note:



Please note that at Lobby33, any child from 3 years of age is considered a guest within the capacity of the accommodation. Please consider this policy when making your reservation.

Unfortunately, my experience with this property was very disappointing. Communication with the host was virtually nonexistent from the time of booking through checkout. The check-in and check-out process was unorganized, confusing, and handled very unprofessionally. The property was not presented as expected and appeared messy upon arrival. To make matters worse, the host was rude and unhelpful when we tried to address our concerns. Good communication and professionalism are essential in hospitality, and unfortunately this stay lacked both. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
