Two bedrooms provide space for up to 4 guests, each offering a restful place to recharge. Room-darkening shades support slow mornings or midday rests, and with two full bathrooms, everyone can move through their day without waiting. Clothing storage helps keep belongings organized throughout your stay.

The open layout invites you to settle in, whether you’re relaxing with a show on the TV or using the dedicated workspace with Wifi to handle tasks between outings. The single level home and private entrance make daily routines easy, supported by an elevator in the building for simple arrivals.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
Important note:
Please note that at Lobby33, any child from 3 years of age is considered a guest within the capacity of the accommodation. Please consider this policy when making your reservation.

To make your stay a 5 star stay, it is necessary that you take into account the following information:
-Dear guest, at the conclusion of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment, in case of loss or damage will be charged its replacement. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
