Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms with 2 beds and 2 baths, giving everyone space to settle in comfortably. Each bedroom includes clothing storage and essentials, making it simple to unpack and feel at home. With two full bathrooms and hot water, mornings and evenings move smoothly, whether you’re preparing for a day in the city or winding down at night.



Living space

This single level home has no stairs in the unit and is located in an elevator building, making coming and going effortless. A private entrance with self check-in and keypad access allows you to arrive on your schedule. Inside, you can stream your favorite shows on the TV, catch up on emails at the dedicated workspace with Wifi, or simply pause and take in the city skyline view.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen gives you the flexibility to cook your own meals during your stay. With cooking basics and a full setup for preparing and serving food, it’s easy to start the day with breakfast at the dining table or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home. Whether you’re blending a morning smoothie or brewing coffee before heading out, everything you need is within reach.



Comfort & essentials

Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and everyday essentials are provided to help you settle in without extra planning. An iron and hangers are available for added convenience, whether you’re dressing for a night out in Colonia Americana or a work commitment in the city.



Neighborhood

Located near Colonia Americana - one of Guadalajara’s most vibrant neighborhoods - you’re within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, bars, and cultural attractions. The area offers excellent connectivity, with convenient access to public transportation, taxis, Uber, DiDi, and main avenues leading throughout the city.



If you’re traveling by car, please note there is no parking inside the building, though nearby options are available. Throughout your stay, attentive support is available to help ensure a comfortable and seamless visit to Guadalajara.



About waste management:

All trash must be deposited only in the chute located on the service stairs. It is not permitted to leave bags in hallways or common areas.



Waste must be placed in tightly closed bags, preferably double bags. Bulky items or glass bottles should not be placed in the chute; these should be taken directly to the container located in Basement 1.



Any damage to the chute or related areas may result in repair charges or corresponding penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate.



Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host.



*Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.
