GOURMET CHEF’S KITCHEN

This stunning kitchen combines beauty and function, with high-end appliances, double ovens, quartz countertops, sleek cabinetry, and refined finishes. Hidden within the cabinetry is a secret doorway leading to a spacious butler’s pantry — a fun and practical bonus for hosting.

The pantry includes an additional wine cooler, a dedicated beverage fridge, and extra prep space with floor to ceiling cabinet space. It can be closed off for privacy or left open to maintain flow during events or group meals.

PRIVATE EXECUTIVE OFFICE

Just beyond the kitchen, a private executive office offers a quiet retreat with its own separate entrance from the outside— perfect for remote work or meetings. This space includes three workstations, a whiteboard, printer, monitor, curated coffee station, and private bathroom. It leads into the butlers pantry and can be closed off from the rest of the house for professional meetings. You can have clients or co workers come straight into the office from the beautifully designed driveway. Whether you’re working or planning your itinerary, this office makes it easy to stay productive while away.

Relax in a serene and stylish master suite, featuring soft neutral tones, warm lighting, and clean modern lines. The spacious ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, stone countertops, upscale fixtures, large rain style shower head and a walk-in glass shower that offers a spa-like experience.

Midtown Oasis includes a private wellness suite — perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Steam Shower:
Just across the hall from the gym, the steam shower is integrated into a bright, spa-style bathroom. With calming design and white tones, it’s the perfect place to unwind.

Home Gym:
The in-home gym rivals boutique fitness spaces and includes a Peloton bike (cycling shoes included), treadmill, bounce balls, free weights, bars, jump ropes, and more. A mirrored wall adds depth and light, while a TV and whiteboard help keep workouts engaging. We even have meditation cards for the kids!

Any gathering with more than 10 guests must be approved in advance, and additional event fees apply. Please inquire before booking if you’re planning a retreat, party, or special celebration.
