Just 1 mile from Flora-Bama and only 700 feet from the beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to sun and sand.

This unit sleeps 6 comfortably with a California King, Full, and Queen bed. Recent upgrades include new furniture, rugs, appliances, fixtures, and updated showers/tub. The living area features a flat-screen TV, dining for 4, and a bar with seating for 4. Both bedrooms also have flat-screen TVs with Dish.

Enjoy two pools (with restrooms), a riverfront balcony with seating for 6 to take in amazing sunsets and boat traffic, plus access to a fishing pier, private sand beach, grills, and renovated tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard courts.

- Additional Parking Details: Parking passes are $62.10 per vehicle (Max 2) for up to a 7-night stay. Reservations exceeding 7 days or that have added additional nights to an already existing reservation must purchase additional parking passes for those nights. A gate code will be provided directly from the Wind Drift Association.**

*Boat Parking: Please let us know when you book if you are interested in boat parking. These spaces are limited and the Wind Drift Association requires boat registration and documents to be complete no less than 7 days prior to check-in. Please note if a reservation is made and check-in is less than 7 days from booking, the reservation is ineligible for boat parking. Decals: $50/day for boat/trailer parking or $300/week + $50 service fee. You may tie it up to a boat slip, but they are first come first served. If all slips are all taken when you pull back up, you will have to take the boat out of the water. When you fill out the require documents by HOA, that will reserve a spot for the boat and trailer, as they are limited to the number. There are no refunds, unless mandatory evacuation.
