At our Valley View Lodge, explore and admire the Foreset Service trailhead hike into the Absaroka WIlderness (less than 1 mile up the quiet road) or simply bask in the seclusion and peace offered by the property. Despite its solitude, the vibrant offerings of Livingston—its delightful eateries, charming shops, and local culture—are just a short drive away. Yellowstone National Park is a mere 40 minute drive. Chico Hot Springs is just down the road for a day trip to soak in natural waters. Emigrant and Livingston often have live music and dancing.

Due to the property being outside of city limits, guests must take their bagged garbage during their stay to the "Green Bin" which is 1 road over from the house. Details provided upon booking. We provide a locked and bear safe area to store your bagged garbage until you take it to the Green Bin Location.

TRAVEL: The closest airport is Bozeman. The home is approximately 55 minutes from Bozeman. There are no ride-share options in the area. We recommend a car rental and there are shuttle services available with prior planning. The roads to the home are plowed in the winter for year-round access.
