The space
This is a beautiful, quiet property with fast wifi and is perfect for working during the day. Snuggle up in this comfortable, stylish casita on your days off, or enjoy shared access with 2 other small units to the beautiful well-kept pool, hammocks, swings and a bbq. You will love having access to a nearby neighborhood markets. Centro and Paseo de Montejo are an easy 5-7 minutes by Uber or your own car. Uber rides to downtown and Centro are $3 to $5 USD. We have an excellent, affordable source for car rentals. It's fun to be able to go to Centro and then retreat to a quiet area.
Guest access
The casita is entirely yours to use with a private entrance. You will share access to the pool area with just one other twin casita and a two bedroom home, so it is highly likely you will get some private time, while others are out exploring.
You will also share access to the laundry room. It is located in the passageway on the side of the house, behind the sliding door.
Other things to note
This casita is designed to accommodate 2 people, but a third and/or fourth person (smaller person) could sleep comfortably on the sofa sleeper. Sheets and pillows will be provided upon request and will be placed inside the sofa on the left hand side.
