Guest Access
Optional Parking ($20/Night)

Parking is available as an optional add-on for $20 per night and is not included with your reservation. The designated garage is located just one block away at the Liberty Smithfield Garage, providing convenient access to the property.

Parking Terms & Requirements:
-Parking must be reserved for the entire duration of your stay (partial-stay reservations are not permitted).
-A garage access key card is required and must be picked up from the building lockbox after check-in.
-Key card access begins at 4:00 PM on your arrival date.
-The key card must be returned to the lockbox by 11:00 AM on your departure date.
-Guests must send a photo of the returned key card in the lockbox through the Airbnb message thread upon checkout.
-Late return fee: $100 per day
-Lost, damaged, or unreturned key card fee: $200
-Management is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, vandalism, or loss of personal property while parked in the garage.

If parking is not needed, several public garages are also located within 1–2 blocks of the property, including:
-Smithfield-Liberty Garage
-Theater Square Garage

⬥ Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of $100 per hour, up to the cost of an additional night's stay.

Quiet Hours

⬥ 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (inside and outside)
⬥ Please respect our neighbors. Loud noise, parties, or disturbances may result in a $300 fine and immediate termination of your stay without refund.

No Parties, Events, Confetti, or Glitter

⬥ Parties, gatherings, and events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
⬥ Confetti and glitter are not permitted due to the extensive cleaning required and potential damage to furnishings, flooring, and linens.
⬥ Violations will result in a $300 fine and may lead to cancellation of your reservation in accordance with local short-term rental regulations.

Smoking

⬥ Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit, building, and common areas.
⬥ A minimum fee of $250 will be charged for any smoking-related violations.

Violations

⬥ House rule violations may result in eviction, fines, additional cleaning fees, and charges for any damages incurred.

This is a luxury residence designed for relaxation and comfort—not a party venue.

⬥ Please clean up after yourself when using the rooftop and shared amenities to help maintain a welcoming environment for all residents and guests.
