The suite occupies the entire lower level of our quiet family townhome and offers full privacy, with its own entrance, keypad access, and a dedicated parking spot just outside. Check-in is seamless and secure, and you’ll have exclusive access to this space throughout your stay. We live upstairs and will be happy to assist if you need anything.

★ THE SUITE ★
This unit is part of a brand new construction completed in 2023, so everything is fresh and modern. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable queen bed, a foldable desk that doubles as a dining table, a 4K Roku TV, A/C, and fast private Wi-Fi on a separate network for secure work and streaming. Art by local Seattle artists adds warmth and character, and the bathroom is stocked with essentials. After each guest, the suite is thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaner.

★ KITCHENETTE ★
The kitchenette is designed for light meals and everyday convenience. It includes a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, and basic utensils. We also provide complimentary coffee pods, tea bags, snacks.

★ PARKING ★
A dedicated covered parking spot is located right next to the suite, making arrival effortless. You’ll also have access to a Level 2 EV charging outlet, just let us know if you need EV charging cables during your stay and we can provide one.

Six Stars for this West Seattle Gem! My 10-year-old daughter and I had an amazing stay. For me, a place that's clean and comfortable always earns five stars, but this spot went far beyond that. The location is also incredibly convenient; it's just a 5-minute walk to the "C" bus line, which is an express bus that takes you right into the heart of downtown.The hosts have thought of everything! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the shower was so fantastic I took a picture of the shower head to buy one for my own home. They had snacks waiting (a lifesaver for a hungry kid!), plus thoughtful extras like toothbrushes and shaving kits in case you forgot something. With bottled water, plenty of ice, and a huge TV for relaxing, it felt like they anticipated every need. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. If I could give it six stars, I would! Highly, highly recommend.

We love being close to Alki Beach and having easy access to downtown, while still enjoying a quieter and more laid-back vibe at home. It's the kind of place where you can grab a great coffee, catch a sunset, and feel like a local.
