- Free parking in private underground garage, on a first-come, first-served basis; accessible by elevator to all floors. This apartment can be accessed from the elevator by walking around the corner or via the driveway ramp to street level.
- Free street parking if the garage is full
- No daily housekeeping; refresh service available for 5+ night stays (by request)
