Pet Policy
We welcome your well-behaved furry friends! Small dogs only please, due to the liability insurance of condo association. All pets must be listed on the reservation when booking. The Pet Fee is $25 p/night and is non-refundable. Fee for undisclosed pets is $150/per pet per night.

-Limit of 2 (adult dogs only); no puppies, small dogs only.
-Must be housebroken
-No pets on bed or furniture, A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if pet hair or other signs of pets are found on the furniture, bedding, or mattress.
-Please bring your pet towels (for wiping paws) and their pet beds/crate
-On leash outside at all times as property not fully fenced and wildlife in the area/local ordinance restrictions
-Pets may not be left alone in home or outside (even if in a crate)
-Pick up all pet poo
-Pet fee is non-refundable
